I apologize if this is a repeat of what I’ve written before. I felt that your driver was unprepared for a four day. Sorry a four hour trip with us. If he’s a paid tour guide for your company, we expected a list of places he would recommend that we could go during the timeline. We did not know that he would not leave the city of Paris during our tour, nor did he recommend any places. As we passed by a church he’s going there’s a church blah blah blah, which we couldn’t see because a tree was in the way and he didn’t even attempt to stop for us to get a better look or pause. He did however, take us to the top of the hill where there was I believe it was Michelle. I’m not really sure which provided a wonderful view of the city . But then he didn’t say if you walk a little further up the hill you will get an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. As we were leaving, we did see this and really almost had to order him to stop so we could get a few pictures. At three hours and 20 minutes into the tour, he proclaimed that the tour was finished because there was nothing else for us to see within his limits. I explained that we had him for four hours and he said nope that he was finished. And he dropped us off by the Eiffel Tower at our request so we could look around and take the river cruise. We had not taken the day before with another tour. Overall, it was a disappointment for our couple of days in Paris.

Avi was our driver and he was amazing! It was exactly what we were looking for, an informative drive throughout the city with stops to take pictures. We were only in town for a day, and could have never made it to each of these spots, many were just driving by, and he was up to suggestions, but we trusted him, and we were happy. Highly recommended for a drive through the city with a few photo opportunities.

Driver knew his way around the city. Saw everything we wanted to. This is the only way to view and understand what Paris is all about Trip worth the $$$. Driver could have been more verbal. English was marginal. Still have him a good tip.. ..

With 5 family members ranging in age from 20 to 79 years, this was a great way to see Paris! Our driver was friendly and accommodating, providing us with recommendations along with the historical facts.

While the travel around the city was very helpful, my family and I would have enjoyed more of a narrative and overview of the city, its culture and history. Having a driver to easily visit the areas of the city was great and highly recommended but we had hoped for more of a narrative from our driver.

Great tour driver was on time and very knowledgeable! I rehired him for a night tour the next day. He provided an umbrella and water. Book this tour and you will not be disappointed!!

tour was cancelled by operator a few hours before because the pick up at Disney hotel is not possble. During the booking process I chose the hotel of a list. Anyhow the problem cuould have be solved as there would have been enough time.

Great way to get an overview of Paris at the beginning of our trip. Our driver was fluent in English and knew how to hit the highlights. He tailored the tour to our interests.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and excellent customer service!! Our luggage never made it to Paris.. our driver took us to a couple of stores to buy toiletries and clothes..

This was a great tour! Our tour guide was Asim Hassan Saeed and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and he made our first day sightseeing in Paris an unforgettable one. I highly recommend this tour and Asim as a guide.

Our tour of paris was delightful. The driver was friendly and customized our trip to the sights we were interested in seeing. We had the opportunity to get out of the car and walk around some sights for awhile.

The driver was ok The four hours tour was disappointed Mainly because all the road were closed due to the king of England present in paris Basicly we were stuck in traffic jam That was hour excursion

The driver would not stop and let us experience the sites. We had to ask him to stop and let us out. Bottom line our paid 4 hour tour lasted only 2 hours.

The driver was really nice guy but he did not speak English. I was looking for a history lesson on the city I was really disappointed.

The operator canceled the tour without notifying me. I even got an email from Viator the morning of telling me that the tour was still on. Unfortunately it seems the tour operator and Viator do not communicate.

Our guide was very personable, and almost spoke English fluently. He got us to every top sight in Paris and knew just where to park to let us out for photos. We saw a lot in just a few hours. He brought us to our river cruise at the end of the tour…perfect for us. I know he wasn’t a guide, but knowing a bit more than the name of a place would be helpful. He got better later in the tour when we told him his English was just fine. A great intro to Paris for first time visitors…of which some of our group was. A vehicle where half of us were not seated backwards would have been much better!

Seeing Paris now as compared to 1960 Paris that's all I have to say Thank you for the experience. The driver was very accommodating

Our driver was very nice and we enjoyed our sightseeing opportunities. He had clean vehicle and had water for us all.

The driver showed up 2 hours before the appointment time. He was rushed and wanted to finish the job early. He left me an hour earlier than the time it stated in the agreement with viator.

Our driver was changed on the day of our tour and while Ali was pleasant, our tour barely lasted three hours and we did not gat any photo stops at the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame or the Louvre. Our driver was changed from Javed whom I requested if at all possible. I paid over $400 to mainly sit in traffic. I realize traffic is part of the equation but with the hour I got ripped off, pictures could have been made at the Eiffel Tower. Very disappointed in this offering. I booked three other events through Viator but this one was a waste of lots of money.
