Lovely trip. We learned a lot about coffee along with amazing family story. We will enjoy our morning coffee so much more after this trip with appreciation.

Super experience for a change of spending the days on the beach! Manolo is very talkative and knowledgable guide who knows the region and plants. The more exotic more interesting for him. So he managed to grove coffe beside mango, avokado, sugar apples, sugar čane, pittaya, lemon fingers....the walk was easy and relaxing as there is a lot od shadow. And at the end we had a prvilage to taste some fruits and buy coffe which is for sale only at the finca along with some other biological products from the region (jams, rum, tropical fruits....

Very unique experience, a warm and heartful tour at not only the life of the farm and family enheritance, but Manuel’s own do’s and dont’s with the different fruits, the coffee plants and the difficulties to go againts all odds, DO IT!

It was amazing, Manuel was a great guide and his story is very inspiring and hopeful. I loved every minute of it!

We booked this guide as a private guide. But it was not a private tour, a number of other people participated. This meant that the guidance could not be adapted to our children. I had requested that we should have fruit tasting after the tour but it was not available. It also said that you could buy fruit with a 15% discount. But there was no fruit to buy. However, the tour was interesting for adults.

Charming fruit farm with Manuel's personal stories adding a very unique touch. We learned surprising facts about fruits and coffee which made this unexpectedly more entertaining :-) We hope more people will come here and support this wonderful place and Manuel's family that rebuilt this farm with modern sustainable ideas. We had a great time. A visit you won't want to miss :-)

Fantastic tour, Manuel was excellent in every way. All very interesting, hearing about the place and history and what he has planned.

There are so many kinds of tropical fruits that are grown at the farm. We got a very interesting insite information about each kind and how to grow fruits ecologically. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Manolo was a very friendly and multilingual tour guide. The farm was beautiful and vibrant with many varieties of exotic fruits. This was the highlight of our trip to La Herradura. We even got to see a bit of wild life at the end as he spotted a chameleon on the way back to town. Definitely worth a visit!

Wanted to try this with some friends. Got tasted 3 bottles from local supermarket. Was expecting more. Really disappointed.

Tried the wine tasting. Tasted 3 wines brought from local supermarket in the backyard of the farm. Paid 100 eur- price for the wines in the supermarket was 20 eur. Rip off.

He was very passionated about his farm. Was very exciting. We were a little confused about where the tour startet. Would have been nice with a sign or something.

The tour was great! We learned a lot about all the fruits we just tend to buy in the supermarket. Manolo even spoke perfect German :-)

Four adults and two kids aged 7 and 12 had a wonderful time at the farm! The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable, and spoke english very well in addition to spanish. We got to take part in his family history, we learned a lot about fruit and coffee farming, and we even got to pick fruit! The tour ended at their farm shop, where we could buy fruit, coffee, water and more. They also had products from other local farms. I would love to do this tour again, and we are definately coming back next time we are in the area :)

First of all, Manolo is amazing! You will have such a fun time learning about the farm, fruits, history from him. He is a wonderful storyteller (ask him about his adventures in guiding tourists around the world). And he makes a delicious Paella. His passion for growing all sorts of healthy fruits and vegetable makes the tour fun for all ages in this beautiful valley so close to La Herradura.

What a fabulous time we had with Manolo. Such and interesting tour, and so much enthusiasm for farming different varieties of fruits, nuts and coffee! A must do if you are visiting the area!
