This is a great way to see Ephesus at your own pace. Our guide Metin was a very knowledgeable and professional guide. He picked us up right on time and by 9:00 we were entering the upper gates of Ephesus ahead of many of the bus groups. He gave us an introduction on the history while looking at a model and continued while looking at a map. He was very patient during our exploration of this ancient city and was always willing to answer any questions we had. We exited the lower gate and continued our journey to the nearby Temple of Artemis by bus. We never felt rushed and two hours was just right for this tour. With extra time we visited a ceramics shop and ate at a local Turkish restaurant. We returned to our ship just before the rain. I highly recommend this option for a half day tour from Kusadasi.

We had a great tour to Ephesus and surrounds from Kusadasi . Out tour guide Ozgur and driver were fantastic. Ozgur tailored our tour to fit in to our plans. We saw silk being processed from the cocoon , how the rugs are an art form plus a tasty Turkish lunch . Beats the tour buses . We were only a group of 6 . Would recommend !

An AMAZING tour with Mr. EMRE! We booked our tour with the Altinkum agency at the last minute. Since our initial tour was suddenly canceled by another agency, we urgently looked for another one. Altinkum promptly replied to our WhatsApp message and we booked a private tour. The tour included pick up transportation from the hotel and drop off at Izmir airport. The next day at the set time, the driver arrived. He was very polite and professional. At 1 pm, as we agreed, we met our tour guide Mr. EMRE! He is a professional tour guide with perfect English, historical knowledge, a warm sense of humor, and very polite. It is a lot to say, but in one phrase the tour was AMAZING! We really enjoyed our trip. The walk was absolutely beautiful library was super interesting and the ruins were out of this world. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and also friendly. We seen the house of the virgin Mary this was spectacular. We booked through internet and our agent was Jimmy, he was very friendly, hardworking and very obliging. Cant wait to return next year !!

Informative and fun day out day. Gonca the guide was excellent with good communication and LOTS of knowledge and positive energy. The tour included visiting the ancient ruins of Espheus, and the temple of Artemis, the house of Mother Maty, the oldest marble mosque with stops to sample Turkish delight and see how traditional stoneware is made. A great day out.

I visited Kusadasi for a day and wanted to visit Ephesus, I found this company on Trip Advisor after reading reviews decided to book with them. The tour was very well organised with the tour guide Adam who was very knowledgeable. Had plenty of time in Ephesus and really enjoyed the tour. We had an amazing lunch in a local Turkish restaurant.
