We had a wonderful tour and Waleed was the perfect guide. And the driver was a great driver also. I saw more of the pyramids than I really wanted as there is too much information for me to adsorb. Waleed went the extra mile to make sure that our experience was great and answered numerous questions for us. The down side was that our hotel cancelled and it took us way too long to get confirmation that we would be picked up at our new lodging location stressing me out about whether or not the tour would even happen.

This tour was flexible and accommodated my request to enter the site as early as possible, which is good. I also appreciated that our guide understood that we had lunch reservations so could not do the added shopping trip. Adding more time exploring the mortuary temples and the satellite Pyramids instead of so much picture time could be make the tour even better.

Really enjoyed the tour! Somaya was a great guide, very knowledgeable and engaging. Going inside the pyramid is not for the feint of heart, but is an experience you shouldn't pass up. Fair warning, you might end up in a papyrus shop, which is typical of these tour. But would still highly recommend. Loved the views.

Our guide and driver were great. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Was offered to see some shops but we declined and had absolutely no pressure on going.

The guide Khalfe was very informative and friendly. He allowed us plenty of time to spend looking at the pyramid area with all its different tombs as well as commonly known sites. He also didn't push us to visit oils and papyrus outlets as we were not wanting to buy any. The driver Omar did a great job too. I recommend a personal tour.

Great trip and Waleed was fantastic! He did everything great. My only negative was that there were no soft drinks and the lunch was a little underwhelming.

Osama was excellent from start to finish, very knowledgable and was with us every step of the way exploring all that Cairo had to offer. From the Pyramids of Giza to the Mohammed Ali mosque at the citadel, and the incredible museums (would definitely recommend doing both the Civilisation and Egyptian Museum, both very different but both well worth seeing!) A day trip down to Saqqara and Memphis is also definitely worth a visit, with some amazing tombs and pyramids. In our opinion, the experience inside the Bent Pyramid was by far the most challenging from all the Pyramids we entered, but also most rewarding because the tunnels are longer, but far less busy than the Pyramids at Giza. So if you are looking for abit of a workout, make sure to visit the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid in Saqqara and get inside them to explore! Not to mention the Step Pyramid and surrounding tombs are just remarkable, hieroglyphs from floor to ceiling, as if they were only done yesterday... and again, not all that busy! We feel totally obsessed with Egyptian history now, and can't wait to go back again, with the hopes of visiting Alexandria, as well as Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. Osama was very flexible with what we wanted to do and how we wanted to spend our time in Cairo. Not only this, but he is a great guy to be around, funny and familiar, and was more than happy to help us improve our arabic! I feel like we left Egypt with a new friend, as well as a fantastic experience... so shukran Osama y akhyi, for a "momtez" adventure! Inshallah we will see you next time.

My husband and I had a great half day tour with guide Khalefa and a driver. He touched base with us the night before our tour, met us in our hotel lobby and gave us lots of information on the drive out to the pyramids and at the first pyramid. Then he offered to take lots of photos of us, which turned out great and was a real value-add for us. He showed us around at each stop, gave us as much time as we wanted and helped us avoid the crowds. The driver was also quick to pick us up once we were ready after each stop. We had the opportunity to add on extra things, like going inside the pyramids, quad-bikes around the pyramids or riding camels, but there was no pressure and no issue when we said we didn't want to. We stopped by papyrus and oil shops on the way back to our hotel. At each, we saw a short demonstration - which was interesting in both cases - and then were given the opportunity to buy if we wished. There was no pressure at either, though. We felt safe throughout the tour and are really happy we booked this experience.

Our tour was just to see the pyramids Khalefa our Guide was very knowledgeable on the history. He gave us plenty of time to spend at our leisure when we stopped at the different monuments in the PyramidPark. He also let us lead on stops to visit papyrus and oil making stops. made sure we got great memerorable photos. Omar the driver was amazing too!

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly guide. Khalefa used the time on the way to the pyramids to give a quick history lesson so that we could appreciate the pyramids even more. And then he was an awesome photographer, knowing all of the right angles to capture.

Our guide for this tour was Amgad and we're really glad we went with a private tour rather than going to Giza by ourselves. He was super knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning about the history behind the pyramids and Sphinx. The tour company did an excellent job of accommodating us on such short notice. We booked the tour about an hour before start time and our driver was still able to arrive punctually to pick us up all the way in New Cairo, so we didn't waste any time at all. Overall, an excellent tour and great job at coordinating all of it at the last minute and enabling us to optimize our short time in Cairo. Highly recommend going with this company and ask for Amgad.

What a brilliant day we had with Osama today! Such a knowledgeable and helpful guide. He was very easy to deal with from start to finish. The service was more than excellent!
