Meet your private guide at your central Shanghai hotel at your prefered time.Tell your guide if there’s anything you want to see more of on your tour: your itinerary is flexible and can be 100% customized around you. Typically, you will visit The Bund , the colonial-era promenade along the Huangpu River. Admire the stunning views of old and new Shanghai, including buildings such as the Bund's Old Customs House and iconic skyscrapers.

Afterward, visit the 500-year old classic Chinese Yu Garden, and view the traditional Qing-Dynasty architecture of the Old Town Bazaar. See the Huxingting Tea House near the ‘Nine Zigzag’ bridge and enjoy fun time to shop for souvenirs such as tea, antiques, jade, pearls, silk, and other wares. If you wish, experience a tea ceremony (own expense) and sample some high quality local tea.

We purchased the 8 hours all inclusive tour of of Shanghai. We were greeted at the hotel lobby on schedule. First stop was the umbrella exhibit. Next stop was the jade buddha temple. Since we had the all inclusive pass, the ticket was provided. We toured the site with explanations of everything. We were fortunate enough to see an ceremony, which was outstanding. Next, we went to Yu Garden, which included explanations of everything. Out transportation was by private Buick van with leather seats. Our guide asked us what we wanted for lunch. She took us to an exclusive restaurant and ordered all of our food. We had more than enough food for lunch and left food behind. We went to to the Bund and across the river to the other side. After 6 hours of running, we decided to call it a day. It was a good day, and we learned about Shanghai. The tour is expensive, it we would not have seen the city the same way.
