We just used Janu Private Tours to get the most out of a few days in Jaipur. Our guide, Naveen, was fantastic. He is so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable and his English is excellent. He took us to a few key attractions and a number of lesser known places (including the best Lassi in town!). He also took us to great businesses when we wanted to do some shopping, e.g. a block printing factory for high quality clothes. I highly recommend Janu Private Tours. They are happy to take you wherever you want to go and will show you the best of Jaipur.

Janu assisted us in getting a really good driver to take us to all the places we wanted over 2 days. Janu was super quick and kind. Our Driver Ayub was so calm and very helpful. He also was an amazing driver too. Janu and Ayub really took care of us and ensured all of our criteria was met. We were so lucky to stumble across Janu. My husband and I were so lucky to Jano plan our trip to Jaipur and Udaipur. We had a wonderful experience with a list of things to do and places to visit especially designed to our interests. We had an amazing tour of Jaipur city from historical sites like Amberd palace and fort to some of the best food and shopping. The car we were driven in was clean and comfortable and the drivers so cool. Their knowledge and connections of Jaipur is unmatched. This is a great experience for couples families and solo travels. Both the tour guide [Rakesh] and the driver [Surya] were really good. Rakesh was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites, the monuments and anything related with Jaipur in particular, and India in general, but also fun and entertaining. As an example: his insight on Jaipur helped us avoid a massive traffic jam. He had a clear and well planned schedule, but was also flexible when needed, which made the day really enjoyable. And he was always happy to answer questions, no matter if they were about architecture or history or traditions. Totally recommend them.

We did a private day tour of Jaipur, including Amer Fort, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal. We loved this tour. Our guide Surya was super knowledgeable about everything we came across and answered our most esoteric questions. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him. It felt like we were hanging with a friend rather than being led by a tour guide. Our driver was Mr. Jaheer and he would join our conversations while driving between the stops. He was hilarious and was a fun addition to our group. Highly recommend this tour!

Vivek was a wonderful guide - we hit all the essentials, great details, ensured our comfort, and thankfully did not dump us into a store where we were pressured to buy something (very common in India). We had a great time and felt like we saw the best Jaipur had to offer!

We did a full day tour of Jaipur with Surya (Tour Guide) and Jeetu (Driver) and it was a blast! Surya is incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent storyteller, at every place we visited he told the story of its history in a very compelling way and could answer any questions we had. It's clear he loves what he does. He and Jeetu were also incredibly considerate hosts and customized our tour based on our interests and needs. It felt more like exploring with a friend who knows all the cool spots rather than a typical tour guide. Big thanks to Surya and Jeetu for being so awesome P.S. Try to hit the road early as Jaipur traffic is no joke!

We were with 4 wonderful days for Mr Rakesh, our driver, in this tour that was arranged by India Someday (who we would also strongly recommend). Mr Rakesh is well connected. Thank you, Mr Rakesh, for all your hospitality and driving us through all the traffic. We were traveling with family of 4 adults and one child. Good to pair this tour with just a little independent research about where you want to go for sightseeing and shopping. We would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The driver was very knowledgeable about roads to we were rarely stuck in traffic and the guide was extremely proficient in Jaipur history. Very fun and educational experience that taught us so much about the history of Jaipur. If you are looking to tour Jaipur, this is the only way to do it.

I could see much of Jaipur in one day, Vivek was the guide and gave me a lot of explanations as we were passing by the places in fort, city palace and others. The food at the restaurant was also very good. Car was comfortable, and the driver Naveen, drove very safely, despite of the heavy traffic in Jaipur. Excellent

You just jave to meet Janu I swear. He wont try to sell anything and at the same time he will provide anything you need. Many times he wont even take money or ask for bellow avetage price. Not only did he organize a great tour for us - he saved us when we messed up with trains, got us a new ticket, let us stay in his hotel for no extra charge. Most trustworthy man in Jaipur.

Great experience. The guide gave an excellent history of and info about the sites visited. The restaurant that we went to for lunch exceeded my expectations.
