Allesandro was a terrific guide with excellent knowledge of the area surrounding Florence. He gave us plenty of free time and flexibility to explore Siena and San Gimignano on our own and made several stops for photo ops as we drove through the Tuscan countryside. Can't say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a fabulous day with Alessandro! We began our day in Sienna with a fantastic tour then on to a winery for a tour/lunch overlooking the vineyard. Our last stop was San Gimignano, a beautiful hilltop city. Alessandro was congenial, informative and a pleasure to spend the day with.

My husband and I took this tour together and had a fantastic experience. The countryside was breathtaking and our tour guide (Alessandro) was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My husband asked about a hundred questions during our drive. The lunch was delicious and Siena was a beautiful city. It started to rain during our last stop in San Gimignano, but Alessandro provided umbrellas, and we still enjoyed strolling around the medieval city. It was so convenient to not worry about renting and parking a car and still get to travel across the beautiful Tuscany landscape. 5 stars! ⭐️

We had the most WONDERFUL day with Alessandro! Our family of seven (including a toddler) spent the day visiting Siena, San Gimignano, and we added the winery lunch option. It was the most magical day! Alessandro taught us so much about Tuscany while we were in the van and he was extremely accommodating with our toddler. And by the way, the van was so nice! Do not hesitate to book a tour with Alessandro, but do it early. He stays booked up! This day was a highlight of our week-long trip to Florence.

What a great day with Alessandro! We were over the 7 person limit so he was able to secure a second van for us. The trip included stopping in Sienna and San Gimignano with a stop at a local farm for Tuscan lunch and wine pairing. It was a very memorable day. While driving to each destination Alessandro is a tour guide, historian, geography teacher and wine aficionado all wrapped in one. We enjoyed learning about the region during our trip and took some great pictures and made some fun memories. He clearly loves what he does and would not hesitate in the slightest to join him again on another tour. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Alessandro is a wonderful guide and touring with him has been one of the highlights of a fantastic vacation in and around Florence. He took us to Siena, Monteriggioni, and San Gimignano and showed us exactly what to visit, where to eat, and where to see the most beautiful views of the countryside. Alessandro was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. He was punctual and very kind. He made a fabulous recommendation for lunch and arrange for a very knowledgeable tour guide in Siena. He shared many interesting facts about the area and the history of where we went. When we return to Florence we will most certainly book another tour with him.

We had an amazing day trip from Florence with Alessandro. It was one of the best days of our vacation. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions about the area. All 3 stops were great to visit. We did lunch in Montegiorri at the restaurant Alessandro booked for us and it was excellent. I’d highly recommend a tour with Alessandro and am sure he’d customize the day however you’d like.

Alessandro was wonderful giving the verbal parry of the tour in the very comfortable car. He was pleasant and happy and very personable. We enjoyed the organic farm lunch (highlight) with wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar tasting. In addition to great pasta with marinara and wonderful cheeses and meats prior. He let us explore the town centers on our own where we shopped. “Alex” was the best!

Me and my son booked a day trip from Firenze to Siena and San Gimignano with Alessandro. It was truly an exceptional and memorable experience. Perfect day for an introduction to Tuscany. Alessandro communicated with me immediately and tailored our trip perfectly. I was traveling with my 20 something niece, son and his girlfriend and they wanted a wine tasting lunch. We decided on Siena, lunch at La Marronaia and then San Gimignano. He picked us up and drove us to Siena which was lovely to see and you didn’t need too much time. Lunch at the vineyard was absolutely lovely. The wines, antipasti and olive oils were delicious. The grounds and view are stunning. San Gimignano is magical and the views from the top can not be beat. Alessandro was so easy to spend the day with and picked the perfect day for us. We would absolutely recommend him.

I took the tour with my family and I can say that it was really cool, including lunch at the farm, where we were able to taste typical Tuscan food and taste some wines. If in winter the landscapes were beautiful, in other seasons they must be even more beautiful. Alessandro was always helpful and eager to clarify any doubts and assist with whatever was needed. I even recommend seeking prior contact on his website, which shows all available tours, making it easier for doubts to be resolved in advance.

This experience is an absolute must if you are going to Italy. Alex was truely so accommodating, knowledgable and fun. From start to finish we felt like we were in excellent hands, he showed us many scenic sights on the drive as well as stopping at Siena and Sam Gimignano. One of our most favourite parts of the trip was the wine tasting and lunch at a beautiful traditional family run organic winery. The food was the best we have ever tasted as well as the wines and other products such as olive oil and balsamics. It was such a memorable day and by far the best thing we have done on our European holiday so far, we recommend this experience to all!
