We booked the desert safari and bbq with camel ride, shows and quad biking. We booked to have the car to ourselves which if you can afford it makes it more special. However I have personally been in a shared car and it was still very good. We were collected from hotel at the time we were told. Our guide Abdul Majeed from first meet was very polite and professional and made our experience an unforgettable one. His knowledge of the country and his job driving in the desert was excellent. Safety and our comfort was always his priority and his photography skills were a treat as you can see in our photos. For the quad biking we chose the guided tour which I’d recommend over driving in a fenced off area. You see so much more and it’s very enjoyable. The camp where they serve the bbq was laid out around a big staged area. They had several shows including a fire performer and belly dancer. It was an excellent experience overall. If you are unsure about booking this, don’t be. You’ll not be disappointed.

Only one buggy was provided for the both of us, no sandboarding that was promised, when asked we were told its too far in the dessert to get too. Was charged for a full car for the 2 of us...very expensive, not worth the price.

Went to Dubai for desert safari with my friends! It was amazing tour. Desert Explorers are such a good tour operatiors. We gather lot of memories there and enjoyed the dinner as well. We also experienced camel riding, buggy tour and quad biking as well. It was really such an amazing tour can't explain in words!

Wow what an incredible experience. Tariq was amazing and so helpful. Quad bikes were fab and the evening was incredible.

Our guide Tariq was just amazing from start to finish, he was funny, knowledgeable and also really accommodating of our group. He gave us extra time when we went out on our quad bikes, in the open desert which is much better than being stuck in a small fenced area and provided fun facts on the journey about Dubai and the culture. Dune bashing was just the most exciting ride, we slid down dunes, splashing sand over the jeep around corners and had the girls screaming with laughter like they were on a roller coaster. The camp was just perfect with good food and the entertainment was brilliant, especially the fire dancer. Again Tariq gave us extra time to finish our conversations and not be rushed out on our return journey. 5 stars weren't enough, I could have given him 7

Great tour, they picked us up as scheduled, very professional driver, all the activities were very well planned. The service looks better than the other tours as far as we witnessed!

Such an awesome traditional desert experience with Desert Explorers. We had done a previous tour with a big organisation in Dubai, and this one was better. Our driver, Tariq made the trip very intimate and personalised. He was very child friendly and stopped the car to point things out to us. Tariq also explained things along the way, gave us facts and jokes - the children enjoyed it. The BBQ dinner was great - food was amazing, so was the entertainment. We added quad bikes and dune buggies to our tour - we are so glad we did this! 10/10 - would definitely use again when we are in Dubai.

Tariq took us for a private tour and was a great host - very accommodating for things we couldn’t do for health reasons. Great fun and great value! Will be recommending to all friends visiting Dubai in the future. 10/10

Awesome experience, highly recommended! All people really nice! Very punctual, whole experience was as expected with cool views, the dunes were awesome, they took care of us.

The tour well surpassed all our expectations and all elements were fantastic. Naveed Khan our host for the day making sure we had loads of fun, especially on the dune bashing!

Tarik picked us from a meeting point and after the Safari finished he also dropped back home. Very polite , have really fun , very good at his job. Highly recommend.
