Salman a pleasure to work with. From the moment we booked the trip, he was in contact with us, letting us know what to expect. When we arrived Bulent was waiting for us and super pleasant. The day was amazing with a great tour in additional highlights. Highly recommend booking with them.

Very professional Tour Operator and Guide! Our private tour guide Fusun definitely tailored the tour to our liking. She was flexible and warm, and lovely to spend the day with. I highly recommend! Part of the tour included a carpet factory which we were not particularly interested in, but it was very interesting and we were not pressured to buy. Our transportation was very comfortable and driver professional as well.

Ephesus was interesting, as well as seeing the way Carpet is made, and having a very enjoyable lunch.

This was more of a shopping tour than a sightseeing tour. We visited 1 site but stopped at 4 to 6 places to go shopping. Tour guides in Turkey appear to be more interested in getting kickbacks from merchants when you buy something rather than providing site seeing.

The tour guide Yeliz was amazing!!! Very very knowledgeable and so sweet!! If you need a tour- ask for her specifically!! Lunch was delicious- soo tasty!! Traditional Turkish meal . They then take you to see how the rugs and silk are made and then a leather factory- which has AMAZING priced leather goods.. half price or more off that regular price - - excellent quality leather!

Highly recommend this tour. The guide was so incredibly knowledgeable and able to find interesting facts and topics for all ages of the family to capture their interest. We were able to customize the tour at any point to take advantage of things we wanted to see and do. The whole family found this tour a highlight of the trip and it was so educational while still being fun for the kids. The lesson and demonstration on the rug making was amazing as was the authentic meal we enjoyed. Ephesus was eye opening and would not have been even close to such a great experience without having our guide explaining all the ruins and history and interesting items to intrigue the kids and historical facts for the parents. Grateful that we also took the time to visit a Turkish Bath - it was so much fun. The entire day created so many lasting memories and we are very thankful for our guide and driver. We would highly recommend this tour to families. The guide was so good to us and the driver was safe and professional with a vehicle that was large and comfortable. Each stop was a worthwhile experience. Very pleased with this tour. Thank you so much!

Great tour with Mehmet. He was very knowledgable and the variety of the tour was great…Ephesus, local lunch and rug manufacturing/craftsmanship tour. Mehmet was respectable and tailored for our children. To make the tour better, a slightly later lunch would have been preferred as we weren’t massively hungry but the food was delicious. Mehemt’s English is impressive given he is self taught but could perhaps try speaking a little louder. But overall a great tour…thanks so much Mehmet and to the driver (lovely cool air con mini van!)

OLur guide also arranged for us to get Turkish baths (at a reasonable extra cost). The lunch was very cordial. Food was fine but not like a restaurant where you got a choice. Charming setting though.

We came into Kusadasi on a cruise ship and only had a short amount of time in port (6 hours). We started off and went to Ephesus. Before getting to Ephesus, we stopped at a store that had a variety of items from Turkish Delight to Saffron and other "remedies," all of which we could buy if we wanted. We were also able to use restrooms here as there weren't any available at Ephesus. I'll know next time to get a tour with tickets included, we stood in line for a bit to get tickets, we got them and then headed off into the ancient city. Our guide was great at capturing pictures for us and giving us information about the ancient city but he kept leaving us to go sit. Now I get that the temperatures were hot this summer and he's probably seen these things so many times he's tired of them but we have not. Ok fine, we saw the ancient city, he told us the history and talked about the excavation that is currently going on. All in all it was fine, a little annoying but fine. After leaving Ephesus he took us to a Turkish rug school where we learned all about how the Turkish Rugs were made and even allowed our teens to tie a few knots on one of the rugs the students were working on. This was also our "lunch" stop which consisted of a couple slices of cucumbers, a couple slices of tomatoes and 2 cheese things that reminded me of tiny taquitoes. All good but lunch it isn't. The rugs were beautiful but it was one big sales pitch. We left the rug school and went to a leather shop. We were treated to a fashion show, which was neat and it felt like we were really watching a fashion show in Milan or Paris - at least for those of us who have never been to a fashion show before. But again it was one big sales pitch. I don't want to listen to sales pitches while on a tour on vacation. I felt like this was one big sales tactic and it was not always a comfortable situation. Our tour guide "turned us over" to someone else every chance he got. I booked this tour vs going on one with the ship because I wanted something more personable and private, not because I wanted a personal salesman.

I personally didn't go on this trip due to illness, however the other 15 people who attended the excursion loved it! The tour guide was wonderful, accomodating and very knowledgeable. He kept in touch with me over the months previous to the tour and did everything, plus, he said he would do. I would definitely recommend him personally and viator for your upcoming trip.

The tour was very informative. Our guide was waiting for us when we got off the ship and did an excellent job showing us the area. We enjoyed the Turkish rug demonstration and all the beautiful rugs.

The positives: Ephesus was amazing, our guide was knowledgeable and spoke English well. Port pick-up and drop-off was easy, and the private vehicle was very convenient given crowds as well as the heat. Lunch provided was good; we enjoyed tasting local cuisine. The negatives: The sales pitch following the Turkish carpet factory ruined the experience, and the "fashion show" at a leather factory outlet was beyond cringey. The fashion show/leather factory tour is NOT mentioned in the tour description. Overall, there is still good value in booking this tour (private vehicle and knowledgeable guide). However, I would not recommend for those who only have a short amount of time in Kusadasi as half the day was wasted by visiting the Turkish carpet and leather factories and awkwardly evading salespeople. I would suggest purchasing tickets to Ephesus online and hiring a taxi instead OR selecting a different tour that ONLY includes Ephesus with this tour provider.

We had an absolutely fantastic day with our guide Serdar. He was informative and interesting and made the whole day special - recommending spots to take the best pics as well as suggesting when to get into places at the best time. Would definitely use this company and Serdar again - highly recommend 5*

10/10 would recommend this tour. We learned so much and our guide made sure we had water and shade and provided a great lunch. While the rug tour and leather tour wasn't our favorite, they kept it short and no pressure to buy. This was our favorite tour on a 5-country vacation.

We had a great time on this tour. Our guide was Fusun and she was amazing. She spoke very good English so it was easy to understand all of the great information she was sharing. Our family really likes the private tours because it is a small group and we like a more intimate experience where we ask a lot of questions and move at the pace we want to. This tour was great because we had private transportation moving us around all day. When we were finished with something we got into our car and continued. The walk through Ephesus took about an hour and half. That was the biggest part of the walking. Other spots were in and out. Ephesus was very interesting and there was so much to see! The carpet stop turned out to be interesting to us as well. We never eat on excursions when lunch is provided, but it was a lovely Turkish lunch and everyone was able to enjoy the meal. We learned a lot of history, tried some new foods, had time to shop, and didn’t feel totally wiped out at the end (due to the car). We could have tried a Turkish bath (and almost did) but we headed back to the ship instead because we were tired. So thankful for Fusun who was the best tour guide. We love it when we get so lucky with amazing tour guides!
