Our guide Nasir was good but the private car was sh&t and I realized that Bombay doesn’t have so many places to visit. I could have rented a taxi for 10% of the cost and seen everything. Re the car, after paying $250 for 2 people, they arranged for a beat up old car that didn’t even have vents in the back. So while the driver and guide were good, it’s not worth $250. More like $50.

Trip was just ok. The guide Nasir was very nice but the car they had was sh$t. Considering that I paid $260, I expected a decent newish car. They arranged for a small sedan that was hard to get in & out, was beat up and had no Ac vents in the back. My 75yr old mum had trouble getting in & out. If you do decide to hire this company, make sure they disclose what the car is.

Kavita was a lovely tour guide and showed me many places on the itinerary plus a few others. The elephanta island tour guide was exceptional. Bad traffic was the only problem.

Rishi was an excellent guide. He made the trip very memorable ensuring our trip was safe and seamless. The guide on Elephanta was very knowledgeable and helpful too. Great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had an amazing day with Nisar in Mumbai! He and the driver picked us up at our hotel and showed us the most incredible sites in Mumbai! It was the best way to go, as the city is so big and overwhelming for the first time traveler! He was knowledgeable, kind and super fun! My husband and I had a great time! After Mumbai he put us in a boat to get to the The elephanta caves! The boat ride was super fun as well, about 1 hour each way! The caves were absolutely breathtaking! Nitin was so knowledgeable and kind as well and took amazing pictures of us! If you only have a short time in Mumbai, this is the way to go! We saw so much and had an amazing day! Thank you Nitin and Nisar!

The caves were totally amazing. It’s blew my mind. Our guide Nitin at the caves was very knowledge and made sure we kept having breaks on the many steps up to it. Our guide for the day Nisar was great and tried the pack in as many sites as he could In the short time we had. He was friendly and helpful throughout. It was an unforgettable day.

Use Viator all the time- but first time it was disappointing. Our tour started off with our guide about an hour late. He arrived rushing us in the car and barely spoke to us and then he began talking when we realised he was on the phone. He continuously was on the phone and would make a random comment now and then about something and we never were sure if he was talking to us or whoever was on the phone. He lacked personal attention and was basically just transportation. Then we were transitioned to ANOTHER tour guide for the ferry ride to Elephanta. HOWEVER, when we arrived at Elephanta Caves, the was yet ANOTHER Tour guide who was absolutely AMAZZING! He saved the day with his personal attention to detail, wealth of knowledge and helped us take some amazing photos. We joined our previous tour guide for the ferry who seemed nice enough but when we arrived back to be picked up by our original tour guide, he was no where to be found. Our 2nd guide was trying to cover for his tardiness but then ANOTHER guide came and started talking to us without introducing himself. We thought we were trying to be scammed by someone for another tour when we eventually realised he was from the same company trying to by time for our.original tour guide to arrive. That was nice of him but he should have clearly introduced himself and that should not have been necessary to begin with. FINALLY our original tour guide arrived and took us to a different Laundry site than was pictured on our booking and was very vague with an information that we asked about. While walking a young man seemed friendly and we asked him a question about the site and then our guide gave us a huge attitude saying how long he had been providing tours and that he knew the answers to all questions. Amongst ourselves we were complaining a bit in Spanish and it seemed he may have understood we were unhappy so he tried to appease us by making a quick stop at Victorian Station where one of group members wanted to stop for a photo.

The Elephanta Cave was spectacular and very scenic. The local tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took perfect pictures for us. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed this tour very much. Be aware that there 110 steps up to the caves but well worth it and the hides will stop to rest as much as needed. We had a TERRIFIC guide named Niten. He was so knowledgeable about the caves and was a superb photographer. He captured so many good memories for us.

Nisar is an amazing tour guild. He can customized and adjust the time allocation and itinerary based on your best interests. The Elephanta is stunning, be physically ready especially in a hot day. The tour is guided by local; Nitton lives in the village on the island and he tells the story of the caves in a way that you feel he is introducing you to his home. Great tour!

Spent a great day visiting the sites of Old Bombay .We loved every second of it. Nissar was a fantastic tour guide for the portion of the day dedicated to Old Bombay. Driver was great and the tour guide was great. Definately recommend this tour as it will allow you to see the most important sites on the city.

We had a great experience on this day-long tour. We had a private car with AC and a very safe driver. We had a guide with us all the time, which is especially helpful to streamline the process of getting tickets and getting on the ferry, which is a bit hectic. You see a lot of Mumbai. We had 2-3 hours walking on the island with a great local guide who shared a lot of information. We never felt rushed. I highly recommend this tour when you are in Mumbai!
