Absolute rubbish and very poor value for money - you do not skip any queues- we waited for an hour with our guide to go through security then another hour while he bought us our tickets which we could have done without him for a third of the price of what we paid! The summit was closed - we were told we would get a refund but no guide to give us refund! Absolute rubbish tour and I would advise people to not book with them- you get nothing for your money and you over pay for this experience - terrible

Enjoyed our Guided tour of the Eiffel Tower to the 2nd Floor with Daniela who was very knowledgable and generous with the information she gave us during the climb up the tower’s floors. Unfortunately the Summit was overbooked but even though we were repeatedly assured we’d receive a refund within a week, I had to chase up Headout after 2 weeks to get the refund sorted. Also, another small niggle was the booking details said to look out at the meeting point for ExperienceFirst rep wearing an orange EF hat - but none of the reps were wearing an orange hat just their orange lanyards which were not that obvious as we were frantically looking around the crowds for our rep. Also, as good as Daniela was as a guide I did struggle to hear her speak a lot of the time and felt she could have maybe have spoken a little louder given the other crowds of people and the wind noise that you get whilst at the various floors. But overall I would recommend the tour and was nice to get the Seine cruise afterwards.

Very smooth organized by the ExperienceFirst team, Ana Bauk is a very experienced, charming and professional guide, the guided tour was worth all the money! Excellent!

The Tour was perfectly organised and we always felt taken care of. We had the most funny and knowledgeable tour guide called Joe. He showed us the best places to go and gave a lot of background information on the Tour Eiffel and the top spots of Paris… fun facts included! In case you have a choice make sure to book your tour with Joe (he speaks French, English, Spanish and also quite well German).

Nikhil was our guide. He was great. We didn't have any issues. Booked in for 9am and we were lucky enough to get pass security in about 20 mins.

Our guide Ana was great! Very knowledgeable and good at maintaining the attention of the group while keeping everyone organized. I enjoyed the historical pictures she brought with her, enhanced the tour! Highly recommend!

Great views even on a cool semi rainy day. Going to summit was great great pictures and doing the stairs was great both up and down- so much faster than waiting in line for the elevators. Went 930am on a Sunday in March and the line was pretty quick to get in and get the tickets. Nina our tour guide was great, I loved that she wore a purple coat so was easy to spot in a crowd! In terms of information, I would like liked more in depth info on the eiffel tower or a shorter presentation, rather than a brief overview of all famous Paris monuments. I think if we were to do it over, we would have got there early before it opened and then just got our tickets and walked up on our own, there is lots of information on the various floors to go over the basic history. Experience First was easy to find and seemed very well organized though, which was also a good way to start it all off.

Amazing experience and the most breathtaking views. Hard going for someone as unfit as me, but we'll worth the climb. Great guide too, who pointed out many landmarks, which we later visited.

John was great! Provided good stories and was aware of the group at all times. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again!
