This was a great tour and Luciano was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable about the Obersalzburg and Eagle’s Nest. The salt mine portion was a lot of fun.

We cannot recommend Michael Toth at Salzburg private tours enough! We had 4 adults and 4 children (6-8 yrs old) and he provided the most energetic and appropriate tour! Adults learned, children were happy/engaged, and we had a great lunch together! Highly recommend for adults or families!

What an amazing tour of The Eagles Nest. Our guide was helpful and very friendly. We feel he went well above and beyond than required. He gave us lots of options for us to visit during our stay in Austria. Our only issue was our tour of the salt mines, which had nothing to do with the tour itself or our guide. We got scheduled with a bunch of high school kids, who were loud and obnoxious. Just be sure your tour group is not with a bunch off high school kids.

Fantastic trip. Carlos was an amazing tour guide. He has a wealth of knowledge and has personal connections everywhere. The eagles nest and salt mine are worth experiencing. He was even able to squeeze in a boat trip on the Konigssee Lake. Memorable trip! Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Carlos was great! He was a pleasure to spend the day with! He provided a great deal of information at all the stops as well as on the drive. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos, the company and the tour.

The sites are constant, but what makes the difference, when hiring a private tour, is the tourguide himself. Carlos was a professional. Prompt, friendly, pleasant demeanor, and quite knowledgeable, our outing was a terrific experience, from start to finish.What made Carlos stand out is his familiarity and knowledge of the places and how it works. He knew just where to park, where to wait and what to do to maximize our time and experience. Our family of 6 have had many private tour guides, but Carlos was noticeable better. Questions and requests were easily addressed and he dropped us off at a local restaurant known for its excellent food and beer. Thank you, Carlos, for a most wonderful, memorable time!

Our private group tour with Luciano was a very enjoyable day! Luciano filled our day with some great tours and sight seeing. His knowledge of timing allowed us to plan our tours so that we missed or avoided the crowds at Eagle's Nest. We really liked the unique experience of the Salt Mine tour and Luciano was also able to show us a few of the Sound of Music filming locations. Would highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed!

I have been to Eagle’s Nest many times but this was the BEST tour ever. Saw areas I had NEVER seen before. Love Carlos our guide. He answered ALLLLLL of my questions very patiently

This tour was fabulous--it was literally the best tour I've ever had! Carlos met us in our hotel lobby in downtown Salzburg, where he picked us up in his clean, cool, & spacious van. At every stop during the tour, he dropped us off close (very nice--some of our group couldn't walk far). He was extremely knowledgeable with facts & historical information, had a great sense of humor, and efficiently transported us through the scenic Austrian/German countryside. He knew the back roads well, and had many tidbits of fascinating information about things we drove by. The restaurant for lunch had local cuisine and was absolutely delicious. Carlos is an experienced guide, and knew how to manage our time well (we even had time to squeeze in some Sound of Music sights). He was very polite yet personable, and cared about meeting our needs (if we wanted to go in gift shops, use restrooms, get coffee, etc.). I can't recommend him highly enough!!!
