Our driver Allen was very patient and very helpful. Excellent service from him. The drive was too long and too much traffic.

This was the best tours I've ever booked. Charles/Alrick was the personal driver for my daughter and myself for the day. He texted upon his timely arrival to our hotel. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He made us feel as if we were touring with an old friend. Upon arrival at both tour locations, he took care of the needed entry fees, advised on what to bring with us and what to leave in the car, and was right there to retrieve us when our tours were over. Lunch was fantastic! You get what you pay for and this tour was worth every penny!

My favorite part of the trip was the Martha Brae River Rafting. Being from the island of Jamaica I was happy to share my culture with my partner. With the help of Alrick I was able to accomplish my goal. He was very knowledgeable and professional during our tour and I will definitely used him again.

We booked this tour when we stayed in Negril. The drive was about 3 hours. We just wanted to make the trip to the other side of the island once, so this was the perfect tour to make most of our trip! It was a private tour, which was great because the timing depended on us and not others. Our driver was pleasant.

This excursion is an absolute must! Our guide Adrian was so sweet and took the time to show us history along the way to both attractions. He even went out of his way to bring us to an affordable souvenir shop at the end of our trip. Thank you Adrian for everything!

I loved this tour, it’s an all day tour pretty much, the water is refreshing and cool. The tour guides made sure we were safe and the rocks. Our driver Dale was also amazing. He drove my husband and I, brought us lunch, made great convo as we drove to all the excursions.

Excellent trip! Our tour guide Dale was excellent, professional, and used our time very efficiently. The refreshments provide on the trip was much needed after the attractions. He also provided us with a lot of the history of the towns and parishes we were passing through.

Our guide Alrick is really good and knowledgeable. Since this is a private tour, there just two of us, so the whole trip was really relaxing and no rush. He really listened to our needs, he got us local desserts and coconut, even with a bamboo straw. We had the river falls in the morning and rafting in the afternoon, and we are very satisfied with this arrangement. Highly recommended go for activities with this company!!

This trip was amazing! The Falls were amazingly beautiful and really fun! Dale, our driver, was so wonderful! He was very personable and made us feel very welcome. This trip takes you to the falls earlier than most tours so it’s less crowded. He also took us to the best jerk chicken spot in the area and had lunch with us. The Martha Brea was very tranquil and a great way to end the day. I can’t say enough great things about Dale and the trip. Definitely worth the money. I’m so happy we got to take this private tour with Dale!

My friend and I tried this excursion with the Your Jamaican Tour Guide company and could not have been happier with the day. Our tour guide gave us all of the ins and outs of the country and culture and made sure we were taken care of along the way. Adrian was amazing! He even made it a point to get to know the both of us and ask if there was any other places we’d like to check out to get souvenirs. We had lunch at a locals spot and the food was such a good taste of Jamaican cuisine. We noticed after getting dropped we left a bag of swim shoes in the van and the company was kind enough to offer to bring our bag an hour away to the airport. Just a great day overall spent with a wonderful guide. Try this excursion, you won’t regret it. Thanks Adrian!

It was a really nice relaxing day. Dale our guide for Jamaica tours was wonderful! Dale had so much information for us about Jamaica and its history. The drive was easy. The Falls River amazingly refreshing and beautiful. The rafting guides they're all so friendly and informative. My teenagers even liked it all!

Honestly, my title sums up my review perfectly! You will not regret using YJTG for tours while in Jamaica! This company is truly the next best thing to having family on the island. We did the Premium Dunn's River Falls/Martha Brae Rafting trip with Alrick Allen and we did the Negril Highlights Tour with his brother Dale. Both of these gentlemen are smart, humorous and unfailingly kind. They would do anything to accommodate our needs and make the day all that we were hoping for. They knew all the tricks of their trade: how to get us in and out of attractions quickly, the best times to visit, excellent local restaurant and shopping spots and they generously shared some of their local favorite spots and people with us. We learned so much on their tours and had an incredible amount of fun doing so. The booking process - which I did from home weeks in advance, as this is a small business and their guides are in high demand - was smooth, seamless and amazingly prompt. Pick-up was on time (they arrived early, actually!) and they made sure that we had all that we needed for the day before we left our hotel. Their vehicles were comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our tours and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time on our tour with Adrian. He arrived right on time to pick us up at our hotel in Montego Bay and we headed out to Dunn’s River Falls first. After the falls, we went into Ocho Rios for lunch, then headed back toward Montego Bay for rafting on the Martha Brae River. At both main stops Adrian took care of getting our tickets and gave us some tips for how to get the most out of the attraction. All along the way he was friendly and informative, telling us about Jamaica and some of the things we passed by, and making a few brief detours so we could take in scenic views. The privacy and personal touch of the premium tour was great, and Adrian was a wonderful host. (This review is specifically about Your Jamaican Tour Guide and Adrian, but it's also worth noting that all the main elements of the tour were wonderful on their own.) We’d definitely recommend Your Jamaican Tour Guide and will be calling again for another adventure next time we’re in Jamaica!

We met Alrick today at 8am, and he immediately made us feel at ease and comfortable. He explained how the day would go and then took the two of us out for the day in his mini van. We started by driving us to Martha Brae to go river rafting with Cecil, (who by the way was a gentleman Captain who took us down the river and allowed us to bask in the serenity and peacefulness of the Martha Brae!). On the way to Martha Brae, Alrick was always chatting about things Jamaican that we passed, including what is good to eat and things to watch out for as we drove along. After the river rafting we went along to Dunn's river falls, where we changed into our swimming gear and had a great climb up the falls, where we had some fun and got wet! Alrick took us back to our hotel, which was quite a drive, but he never once stopped chatting as we drove along, he provided a fantastic running commentary as we went as well as made us laugh along the way with refreshments as we needed them, including some roadside peanuts that were fantastic! It was a fantastic honeymoon trip after our wedding here in Jamaica and we were so pleased that Alrick and his company were who we chose for this day out. Thank you Alrick, we had a great day.
