We could not have done this trip without Abdelghani! Eight ladies in a sprint van covered a lot of territory in 10 days (Casablanca, Fes, Moulay Idriss, Rabat, Atlas Mountains, Marrakech, Agafay Desert, back to Marrakech). Our driver Abdul Rahim was great, very knowledgable about Morocco and Marrakech, spoke about his country with Passion but also had a great sense of humour. Felt very safe with his driving as sometimes navigating around the busy streets with all the motorbikes was not easy. His timekeeping was also very good.

My plane was delayed and I missed the departure of my tour from Marrakech. I contacted Carresa to book a private driver to pick me up from the airport and drive me to meet my tour group several hours away. Service was excellent from booking until they dropped me. He messaged me on WhatsApp after the booking was made to introduce himself, we requested if he could pick us up earlier than we booked, which he did, he ensured we were all happy and comfortable on the way to the airport.

Pre-booked airport transfers through booking.com but the drivers provided each journey was kind, courteous and super helpful. Rahim on my return to the airport was even able to assist when I realised I needed to adjust my timings of my booking and I was unable to get a response from booking.com directly in time. Both drivers were waiting at the agreed time and can’t fault the service, highly recommend them.
