Do not book with this company. Very unprofessional… I purchased a roundtrip transfer for my family and I and it was a disaster. From landing and checking in at the airport Nexus counter and waiting a hour for the private transport, to the company setting their own time for pick up for the transport back to the airport. I’ve literally been messaging and calling because I never set a 7:45am pick up for my 2:00pm flight home. I had to purchase a whole other transport from Negril to MBJ then after finally talking to a representative he says nothing but you can send a email and hang up in my face. Highly do not recommend this company it needs to be shut down and investigated for fraud.

Me and my family will never book again with nexus, we were scammed by drivers, they were supposed to pick us up at the hotel, when first bus arrived they said that we were on the next bus, when that bus came almost 1h later, he said that we wasnt on the list and wanted 80$ cash to take us to the airport even though we showing confirmation and proof of booking. I ended up taking a taxi, almost missing my flight. The sad part is that nexus blame me for it becase my hotel had 2 lobbys and I didn’t call to let them know, but both of their bus went to both lobby. Safe your money their driver will scammed you and nexus wont do anything about it.

We stayed at the Royalton Negril and arranged for private transfer back to the airport with Nexus. We arrived at the airport safely, in plenty of time and in a comfortable minivan. This was not an issue. The issue was that we were picked up way too early. Our flight was at 8:30PM and the trip, if all is well, is about 90 minutes. We were picked up at 2:45PM. We had heard that there could be a lot of traffic so we assumed the early pickup was related to traffic. It was not. The early pickup was so the driver could take us to his friends' stores to buy souvenirs. He was a pro at finding us exactly what he thought we needed to buy. After a week where there was a fair bit of rain, an extra hour or two at the resort would have been appreciated. The sales pressure and early pick up were not. We won't be using this service again.

Ann-Marie helped me with all my excursions and helped me with finding a place to have my sisters wedding. She was patient with me. She checked on me daily and was just so helpful. So thankful!

Ms. Kaprice was AMAZING. She was so helpful and we fell in love with her. She helped us book and explore Jamaica.

Efficient service provided by Nexus. Upon arrival to the airport it was easy to allocate their service desk and the staff and the driver was very friendly throughout. Upon departure from the hotel back to the hotel- it was efficient and prompt service provided they were ahead of schedule and welcoming throughout. Will recommend their airport transport services for the reliability and good value for money offered.

Terrible customer service. Our departing plane was delayed. We gave them 5 hour notice of the delay. The Nexus rep told us there was a later bus with seats available, but their “policy” required us to take the original bus, and there was no way we could switch to a later bus in the event of a departure delay even if seats were available on a later bus. We ended up paying for a taxi. I understand why they wouldn’t send a new bus just for us. But they should allow clients to take a scheduled bus later in the day if the bus is already coming and there are open seats. As an aside, we also tried to reach them by email and WhatsApp to discuss the situation. Zero response. Next time we will definitely avoid Nexus because of their poor customer service.

Driver was very friendly. Original departure was changed 30 minutes later to allowed me to say goodbye to friends and have one last drink. Nadia helped me book who was fantastic. Drive was smooth and we had a great conversation. Quick ride to airport and driver helped with luggage.

Sashia is the best! After the Hotel (Riu Ocho Rio) screwed up our transfer service I came to Nexus personally. Shashia was ready and willing to help me. I am so glad she showed me how to go directly online and book the transfer myself.

I recommend Nexus Tours because they make the arrival and departure experience seamless. We met Nadia at the Royalton and her warm welcome to Jamaica was so inviting. She took a genuine interest in us and made sure we were going to have a great time. Also, on our way to the hotel the driver also gave us history of Jamaica and we learned a lot more about the culture. Ya mon!!!

The agent that helped me with transportation was Anne-Marie. She is extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk with. If you have any questions about any outdoor activities you go to straight to her. She is very nice and patient!

Great from the start then add more. Our family had a car from the Montego hotel our driver was very informative (Earl). We arrived at the whitesands royalton it took a while to get our room there was a lot going on. We met Sasha rep to talk about our return, she told us so much, well done. We were very satisfied with service here. Abigail at reception is a great person. 5star at the bar (Jermaine). I have every confidence we will be back and book again with the nexus! We did the dunns rivers it was great. We will be back. Your staff are gems.

Private airport transfer, waited over 45 minutes from the time we checked in with them till we got in our car to the hotel. At one point they said our car was here and we rolled our luggage out to the parking lot only to haul it all back right to the curb and wait another 20 minutes. For the return to airport, met the rep Elvyn at the hotel. He told us to return day before departure to firm up transfer. We show up when instructed and he’s already gone. Hotel had a hard time tracking down the rep who apparently showed up 3 hours before. Never said he would be at hotel at a completely different time. Hotel finally tracked him down through some emergency number. No explanation, no apology. I have absolutely zero confidence our transfer will pick us up tomorrow. Incidentally as we were dealing with this another hotel guest was trying to track him down for the same thing. IF YOU WANT TO RELAX IN PARADISE, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY

Il 26 luglio u.s. abbiamo acquistato tramite la nostra agenzia di viaggio il servizio di trasferimento dall’aeroporto di Montego Bay all’Hotel Royalton di Negril andata e ritorno. Il ritorno era previsto il 23 agosto con partenza del volo all’orario 1.04 PM. Abbiamo concordato con l'agente Nexus presso l’Hotel di partire alle ore 7.45 AM. Quando siamo arrivati presso il luogo concordato (lobby dell’hotel) non c’era nessuno ad attenderci. Alle ore 8.30 circa è arrivato un vostro agente con il quale siamo riusciti a capire cosa fosse successo. L’autista del bus si è presentato alle 5.45 AM e, senza neanche avvisarci, è andato via. Abbiamo dovuto organizzare un nuovo trasferimento a nostre spese per un costo totale di 240 euro. Siamo in attesa del rimborso. Comportamento inaccettabile
