Our shuttle driver was there early to pick us up. The cost was excellent and we paid only $166 for 8 passengers. Our driver was pleasant even though he didn’t speak English

We originally had 10 travelers and 2 cars. When the number dropped back to 9 they sent a large van. That worked great. Van was clean. Driver was helpful. Ride was shorter than expected.

Driver made communication a day or so before and was very prompt in the morning. No issues at all and very comfortable van. Fitted all our luggage and we had a stress free transfer to the airport early in the morning which helped to end our trip on a positive high! Definitely recommend.

We used this service company for both pick up and return to the airport. The trip to the airport ran smoothly. The driver was on time (a bit early, in fact) to the hotel. The trips to the airport seem to be most reliable since you don’t need to find the driver in a big arrival hall (which hasn’t worked well for this service yet). The only diminishing factor of this trip was that this driver dropped us off at our airline along the first open curb space, which was a VERY long walk to the international check in area, which had clear signage. Perhaps it was this driver’s first time to the terminal, although I doubt that, and it doesn’t really matter. We provide flight information in advance for a reason, right?

Booking the service through Viator was seamless, however, execution on pickup was hectic. Even though I included pickup directions in addition to the address, the driver was not able to find me. Instead he entered the hotel, causing a delay. I didn’t know what vehicle to look for. The driver loaded the luggage quickly, yet pulled off before we even got settled in our sets. He was on TikTok while driving. The drop off was swift, yet overall not a premium experience. I would have like received better service by calling uber.

Our driver arrived at our hotel 20 minutes early, and he kindly loaded our bags. We arrived at the airport with lots of time to spare. We had a few extra bags, and my chat to the operator was answered very quickly, confirming the bags would fit in the vehicle. Would recommend this easy and reliable transportation option.
