The private van never showed up and I had to call for a taxi. When a taxi arrived, it could not fit all four of us and our luggage, so we had to wait for another taxi.

Driver never showed up for pickup time of 7:20am. After waiting until 7:40 we were fortunate to have large taxi drive by that could take us to airport as we didn’t want to wait longer and risk missing our flight. Not a reliable service despite e-mail confirmations… also no response when trying to contact viator when driver did not arrive on time.

I had an early flight out of Florence, so needed to get to the airport before the trains & busses are running. This means I had no back up transportation plan. The private departure from central Florence could not have gone smoother! A day before my departure the company emailed me the name of my driver and his cell phone number. He arrived to pick me up 5 minutes ahead of schedule and I made it to the airport with plenty of time.

The driver never showed. Even after repeat email communication. Never answered the phone after waiting 45 min for them.

Amazing service! On time driver! Easy communication along with a great customer service base. This is truly the way to travel.

We got dropped off at the wrong airport -Florence Airport. As a tourist, I provided all my flight information, airline, #, departure time and I was dropped off at the airport where the airline doesn't service. After searching and talking to staff they told me I had to leave this airport now (50 min. away) or I'll miss my flight. I contacted the service provider and received a response from Marco-Customer Service-BookTaxiBarcelona. he stated that no refunds of $84. I asked why do we provide the flight information if its not confirmed. As a tourist with family it was crazy and I had to pay another $200 for taxi. the person I spoke on the phone stated that I needed to submit another trip application. I told him that we didn't have the time as we'll miss the flight. He giggled and said, there's nothing I can do. I asked if he can just send a driver and I'll pay as I'm going to miss the flight and he insisted that I must create another trip on line. He then stated you only paid for $40, I told him that I paid over $80. I asked why they asked for flight info. if they don't care or follow up. He still didn't assist. Needless to say, I caught a taxi. My response to Marco was ignored.
