Carmine was a great tour guide and took me to a lot of great vineyards thought the day. Was a great experience overall and would recommend anyone to book with him.

Carmine took me to a great tour that brought me great insights into the winemaking history of the Willamette, marvelous views, good information about the various plants grown there and the opportunity to taste some truly great Pinot Noirs. It has been a pleasure fully worth the money.

We recently enjoyed a wine tour with Carmine. Despite a hiccup in our plans due to a power outage, he was agile and quickly adapted. His knowledge and network paid off and our day was amazing. His enthusiasm and passion for wine was contagious! My goal for the tour was to have fun and learn about Oregon’s wine and he delivered above and beyond. As a novice Oregon wine connoisseur, I appreciated his ability to break down complex wine concepts into digestible, enjoyable insights. He was very communicative and listed to my wishes. I had a couple of wineries mind but appreciated his suggestions to visit smaller wineries and learn something new. Great day orchestrated by Carmine. We went to some beautiful vineyards, which felt off the beat and path and had a wonderful local flair. Carmen was quick to share his extensive knowledge with us and picked some terrific wineries to visit. He went above and beyond when we told him last minute it was one of our groups birthday and helped get us a birthday dessert for lunch. Before we arrived, Carmen reached out to make sure he was tailoring the trip to our desires and even gently nudged us to be open minded about Oregon Chardonnay. Glad to say we needed his advice because they were some of our favorite wines. Highly recommend this tour! It was a great day with tons of amazing wines.

Today Carmine took us on a perfect day of wine tasting in the Willamette Valley. We went to 4 wineries, selected by us, including one where we had a delicious lunch and talked with the winemaker. We will do this again the next time we come for a visit!

Amazing 2 days exploring Oregon wines! Carmine is a wealth of knowledge on wine making and friends with many of the winemakers we visited, thus creating a relaxed wine tasting atmosphere. We greatly enjoyed being in OR during crush and speaking with the owners and winemakers. Carmine goes out of his way to ensure a memorable tour. Highly Recommend!

Carmine did a superb job touring us through the McMinnville wine country. He taught us more about the wines, region, and the proper way to taste wines than we've learned in 30+ years of wine tasting. We highly recommend him! You won't be disappointed.

Carmine provided a great tour of 4 wineries, as well a briefing on how to taste. The wineries ranged from a small to very large. He had great knowledge of the area, of the history of the development of wine-growing there, and of the wine making process. The tour was well organised, communication was excellent, and, relative to other providers, good value.

Awesome day of wine tasting with a wonderful guide, Carmine! It was educational as he knows so much about the entire wine making process. He picked 4 wineries and they all had a different vibe which was great to compare. We tasted and bought some great wine! This is well worth doing! A driver, a great lunch, and visiting wineries we would not have found on our own. Highly recommend Carmine!

Touring the wineries and tasting the wines was fabulous! We really enjoyed that part, but we could not stand our tour guide/driver. He was very full of himself and opinionated. And he never shut up!! We could not wait to get away from this obnoxious “know it all”.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Amity-Eola appellation - our first visit to Oregon wine country. We have repeatedly visited Napa, Sonoma, and the Mendocino wine regions but this tour, with Carmine's encyclopedic knowledge of agriculture, terroir, geology, grape growing and winemaking elevated our experience and our wine knowledge. Carmine is affable, enthusiastic, and he is clearly known among the Willamette Valley wine community. We had a leisurely day visiting 4 wineries and enjoying a great lunch at Bjornson. We would highly recommend Carmine's tour service.

We enjoyed our tour. We appreciated being able to provide input on what we wanted to do that day, but we also appreciated the suggestions. Lunch was delicious and our favorite stop of the day was one of the suggestions (rather than our request). We could all tell it was very important to Carmine for us to have an outstanding day, and we did!

If you're looking for a full service experience touring Oregon's wine country, then this is the best I could imagine. Carmine was a wonderful guide... provided incredible access to the wineries we visited... and gave us great advice throughout the amazing day! It's well worth the cost!!

Best part of tour was the visit to Nysa Winery at the top of Dundee Hill. The wine was excellent. We were greeted by our host who had set a beautiful table, with a view of course, with a different glass for each wine on the menu for our tasting. As well as information about the tasting he offered tips for tasting, swirling, appreciating the scent. He also offered tastes of library wines he determined from our comments we would enjoy. He and the wines were delightful. We had the small tasting room to ourselves until the very end of our time there. I want to go back, and I plan to buy more Nysa wine whenever I have a chance.

Carmine is a charming and incredibly knowledgeable host and, because he is a winemaker, we learned more about wine on this tour (as well as tried some of his delicious wine) than we have on regional wine tours on California and Washington State. We went with his recommended choice of wineries and were not disappointed. Lunch at Holloran Vineyards was outstanding. My missus, who ordinarily does not care for fish, thoroughly enjoyed their delightful smoked salmon (as did I). The rest of the lunch was delicious as well and was paired with some of their wonderful wines. We even saw a bobcat as we drove through the hills! We could not have asked for a better wine tasting tour or a more delightful guide. The next time we are in Portland, we look forward to touring more of the fabulous Willamette Valley wineries with Carmine. Thank you Carmine for an amazing day!

Carmine is seriously serious about wine. As a vintner himself, he understands the ins and outs of wine making. This tour was by far the most educational wine tour I’ve ever been on. The wineries that he chose were each unique and wonderful. The wines each had their own character. I would highly recommend Carmine to anyone interested in learning about and trying the varying wines and styles of Willamette Valley!
