Our driver Wat was absolutely brilliant.. thank you for an amazing trip.. what a fab experience and would fully recommend

Our driver Kob made our day very memorable. He tailored the trip to areas we hadn’t seen that also were less tourist base. We had a great day travelling and seeing Koh Samui.

Had a great time and managed to see all of the sights we had chosen, plus our driver was kind enough to recommend spots for coffee, take our picture, and take us off the beaten path a bit too.

Kob did a great job giving me a general tour of the island’s sights. Because I had no preplanned agenda, we did the island circle and saw waterfalls, elephants, temples, beaches, and city life. He took great care of me - I was traveling alone since my husband didn’t feel well. He even took pictures of me and they came out great. I shopped a bit. The car was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was great.

Nice driver, saw many things at least half the island! So yes worth it! Pick up from airport was smooth, service great!

Driver took us to two attraction, told us no time for other attractions, unable to communicate with driver. It was 90F/32C that day, when ask driver to turn up air condition, driver turn up air condition for two second and turn off, we were sitting in a toaster oven, two people got sick due to heat after the tour.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this tour but I was blown away by it. We came in on a Celebrity cruise ship and our tour guide A, was waiting for us at the dock. We decided prior to the excursion, where we wanted to go so he was already aware. Honestly, the stops were great but A was incredible. He opened doors, took my bags when my hands were full, gave us some historical information about the island and was on top of everything. My father is elderly and had a hard time walking at some stops but A was so patient and right there to make sure he was okay. We went to some of the temples and statues on the island and he pointed out that I could write my name on a tile that will help rebuild the temple across the street. Other tourists overheard him and followed suit. We were fortunate enough to visit another temple and I was blessed by a monk! We then went to Chaweng beach and got massages on the beach before jumping in and enjoying the water. We also went to the waterfall and were surprised because we were able to feed elephants! I didn’t realize we would have the opportunity to do that. A also asked if we had a preference for lunch and we told him that he can pick for us. We walked into a beautiful waterfront restaurant where he gave a nod to the hostess and then we were lead straight back to a waterfront table with a gorgeous view. He had everything planned and executed it flawlessly. This tour was so memorable and that is because of A. He did an outstanding job and we were so grateful for his knowledge of the island, passion for his job and his upbeat personality.

Cannot communicate with driver, drop us off at the fall, no instruction how to get to the fall, when we show her the travel paper regarding attractions we should visit, she said no time, very disappointed, waste of money. We should get refund from Tripadvisor

Our driver did not meet us at the port as arranged. Lost an hour before connecting with him. Local Agent very unhelpful and hostile. Had a shortened tour which was OK. Viator also unhelpful in this instance.

A great day from start to finish. Wat our driver was very attentive, knowledgeable and happy to take pictures. We saw many sights & could spend as much time as needed at each one. A stop off for a nice cold beer was much appreciated. Our transport was lovely, very comfy & air conditioned. I would definitely recommend this trip.

What an incredible day we had . Initially we were a little nervous as we hadn’t booked an independent tour whilst being on a cruise . No need for that . Communication with the company beforehand was excellent . We were met before the appointed time by our wonderful driver/guide Kob who greeted us with a huge smile which stayed there all day . We had booked a 6 hour tour but with no real itinerary. Kob suggested a tour , including things which maybe we wouldn’t have included but turned out to be real highlights , particularly the Elephant Sanctuary , a truly moving and wonderful stop with an opportunity to get up close to these rescued animals living a peaceful retirement . We visited all of the usual sights with Kob guiding us through each one , very knowledgeable and engaging throughout . Another highlight was lunch . Kob recommended a nice restaurant by the beach and even called ahead to make a reservation for us . The setting and meal were outstanding and a real highlight of our trip . We were taken back to the pier to return to the ship in good time . A truly wonderful day exploring this beautiful island - mostly due to our fabulous driver . Thank you Kob for sharing your island with us . Highly recommend this tour .

Kob was our driver give us an amazing experience ! Tailored our 6 hrs to an agreed agenda . Kob suggested we visited an elephant sanctuary highlight of the day . We went to visit big Buddha , Laughing Buddha , view point , grandmother and grandfather rock . Silver beach fantastic time there swimming and relaxing . Kob got us back to port at the agreed time . Kob made the day an experience to remember . Highly recommend this experience.

Viator planning for our tour was commendable. Driver was Very much knowledgeable and humble, safe driving

we had issues getting ashore from our cruise ship due to choppy waters and the far distance out the ship Diamond Princess anchored.over 2 hours waiting to disembark was a joke really the 30 mins to reach port. Due to this our tour was curtailed by half a day so we asked WAT to take us to a beach hotel for lunch and drinks and a swim and relax for a couple of hours before heading back to ship. not a bad half day but we enjoyed what we did. Actually it is Not a customized Tour. It is just a driver with a fix Route. There were no Information about the sights and our only wish for an extra stop has to be paid double

What a wonderful experience! This was the first time we take a private driver and it was the best decision . We were picked up at our hotel by J. He was extremely friendly and explained a lot of things to us during our drive around the island. He even used google translate once in a while to make sure we understood him correctly or though his english was very good.We highly recommend this way if visiting. No stress no waiting, we even included a one hour stop at a beach!

I was happy with the tour in Koh Samui. Much better (and less expensive) option than going with the tour bus from the cruise ship. it was just the driver and the two of us. He took us to the beautiful temple, to the falls, and I requested to see a beach, so he took us to Lamai Beach. You can personalize your tour. Four hours was just perfect to visit that part of the island and be back in the ship early.

Great trip. Good guide (English not brilliant but much better than my Thai) who knew the best places to go. We chose to go to the elephant skywalk. It was OK but cost the equivalent of £48 so a bit over priced. Otherwise highly recommended and so much cheaper than cruise excursion.

We had a fantastic tour with Jack as our guide, who was amazing. Really helpful and showed us lots of sights. The elephant enclosure and the beautiful beach were our highlights

Got to see a lot of places that were tucked in over this side of island. We got 8 hr tour but 5 would have achieved the same. All sites were on the east coast of island. Had expected to at least see something on the other side.
