Stefan showed us around Berlin with a minivan and driver for 6 hours. We could not have seen so much of the city without them! It was great to hop out, walk, see, listen, and hop back in the van. They picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at a museum of our choosing. It was a great day!

A very informative sightseeing tour with a guide and driver. Both were extremely helpful and informative and especially Stefan with a substantial knowledge of the City and a good sense of humor.

From start to finish this tour was perfect. We had corresponded in advance about the sights we wished to see and visit in conjunction with their normal itinerary. Our outstanding guide Stefan along with his driver of a very comfortable mini-van arrived promptly at our hotel to begin the tour. Stefan was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to focus on his presentation while leaving all of the driving headaches to his colleague. The new church at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church was very peaceful and moving. We then visited the exterior of the Tempehof airport and looked through exhibits depicting the Berlin airlift. Throughout the tour Stefan would take us on short walks and point out the current city landscape in contrast to historical pictures of how the city was divided during the Cold War. The memorial to the Roma victims of the holocaust was very sobering. We had obtained special access tickets to visit the Reichstag glass dome in advance which was well worth the visit. The Egyptian exhibit including the Nefertiti bust at the Neuesmuseum was amazing. Stefan recommended a Bavarian restaurant for lunch that had delicious food. We highly recommend this tour as Stefan provided deep insights into the Berlin history and culture and having the driver/van allowed us to very efficiently get around the city.

Our tour was, at best, acceptable. Guide was knowledgeable but inexperienced in how to connect with people. On the plus side, we covered a lot of ground, saw Berlin in its entirety in six hours. Little regard given to our personal comfort. Driver and guide both very polite and pleasant but we had a tour, not an experience in Berlin. Have taken multiple tours through Viator and very much enjoyed them but this one was a disappointment especially for the price. Will not automatically go to Viator in future. Vehicle was not as nice as vehicles on other Viator tours. Dingy, ground in dirt on carpets. Minimally comfortable.

Stephan was very informative and spoke English very well. We really were impressed with his personalizing our tour to our needs. We enjoyed the highlights, especially the "blue church" and the tunnels people dug to cross out of East Berlin. We would never have seen these things on our own. Ended the day at a beautiful bier garden. Our driver, "George", was also very personable. The van was very comfortable. The only down-side, frankly, was the cost. It was over $800 for the four of us. That seems very high for a 6-hour tour. Other than that, I would recommend this private tour.

Stefan was very informative, and spoke wonderful English. Information about the escape tunnels was something we had never heard about. The honeycomb "blue" church was so simple and modern.... loved it. We asked Stefan to tailor the tour with more Jewish content and dialog and he did not disappoint. The Waterfall was gorgeous and the suggestion to end our tour at The Biergarten in the park was perfect.

We were picked up by Stefan and our driver on time. Stefan immediately gave us the history of the neighborhood where we were staying, and then led into a well organized tour of the city with lots of information about Berlin’s history. He stopped for lunch when we were ready. He and the driver worked very well together, so we could walk, see the sights, and then get back into the van and move on. Overall, a really great way to get an overview of Berlin.

We enjoyed the historical details from the 19th century to present day balanced with humorous and informed commentary . The tour was exactly as described being professionally greeted at our hotel and accompanied with a professional driver and very well informed and entertaining tour guide made the six hours tour pass by at high speed.

I wholeheartedly recommend his tours to anyone seeking a rich and personalized exploration of Berlin. Last but not least, our driver deserves a special mention. He expertly navigated the city's streets, ensuring our journey was smooth, safe, and enjoyable. His humor added an extra layer of fun to our day.

Amazing tour with our guide Stefan and our driver Christoph, where we saw places in Berlin we would have never experienced with other tours! We went to many of the traditional historical locations, while also being introduced to others we had never heard of before. We were shown parts of the Berlin Wall that were not in the touristy areas so we could immerse ourselves in the experience and what it must have been like for those living there at that time. They drove us to different parts of the city, showed us pictures of what those areas looked like before, then discussed the changes that occurred through present day. We were able to see fascinating parts of the city that are not included on other tours and loved every moment of it. The wealth of knowledge that Stefan has is truly a gift and helped to make this trip extraordinary for us and our history loving boys. This private tour was absolutely worth every penny!

Berhnard, our guide, was terrific! But our meeting place was not easy to find and our tour was cut short by 1 hour because the driver had a time limit. The sites we saw were very appropriate and educational. We could not have covered all without the tour.

Our family had the best experience in Berlin learning all about its history and memorable places! Stefan was a truly passionate guide who made all of us learn and experience the roots of Berlin in the most knowledgeable and credible way. Even with some language barriers as my parents don't speak neither English or German, Stefan had a lot of patience whilst allowing me to translate for a deep dive into the history. I can't recommend enough this tour for a family experience - its was truly enriching and a fun way to learn more about a such iconic city. Our lovely guide Zenaida, and driver Oskar did a fabulous job of sharing Berlin’s top sites with us. We only had a few days in the city, and could never have covered so much ground without this amazing tour.
