Waiting dockside when we got off our ship, with clear sign. Modern, clean van that easily accommodated us and 4 large suitcases.. Driver helpful and courteous. Easy ride to the airport. What more can you want?

We paid for a Private Transfer to the Barcelona Airport. What showed up was a Taxi. I booked a Private Transfer to the airport for my Sister-In-Law, a Friend, My Husband and myself. The driver was nice. However, my husband had to sit up front with the taxi driver. NOT a Private Transfer -- that we had paid for in advance. If I wanted to have a Taxi -- I could have paid much less.

Our driver made sure to communicate with us prior to pick in regard to time and due to a family member with mobility difficulties. He was prompt and waiting patiently for our arrival with our name displayed to easily find him. We were soo grateful to be swiftly and comfortably transported from our cruise port to our hotel.

We found this transfer option to be fabulous. We arrived considerably earlier than we first advised so reached out to the operator via the Viator App to advise and in a very short space of time the operator replied saying “be there in 10 minutes”. Sure enough he was! Great service, great value for money. Highly recommend using this service.

Absolutely outstanding service! We got off our cruise at 8am and our driver was not booked until 10am. I reached out to advise our driver we were a lot earlier and he sent a message to say he would be with us in 10 minutes. Sure enough he arrived in 10 minutes. Mini van was impeccable and driver very helpful. Highly recommend this service.

Unfortunately we were unable to locate our driver when we exited the cruise port. I tried calling the company however I must have had the office number and not the drivers number. I also asked the cruise company to call as well, however they were not able to get through. To their credit the driver did try to call me, unfortunately he called my home phone number and not my cell phone. I emailed the company and had some email correspondence, and am confident the driver was at the cruise terminal. We must have been in the wrong spot perhaps.

Looking at Barcelona for the first time. Driving through the streets. Nothing more to say. It was a transport from port to hotel!

Would highly recommend this excellent private transfer for 6 of us with lots of luggage . Arrived promptly on both occasions from Hotel to cruise port terminal and from port to airport the following week. Quick response if any queries.

Be Careful with these transfer services. While the drivers were okay and got us safely to our location, do not be surprised if it is not a private car or minivan but a local taxi that comes and picks you up. If you are ok with that, go ahead and book the service. I was, however, expecting to receive what was being advertised and what I paid for, which was for a private car/minivan.

The company was very informative and very professional. We needed 2 drivers and they both were on time. We did not have to wait at all! We will definitely use this company again when we are in Barcelona!

Communicated that the onboarding started at 8am, but wanted to be picked up at 10am. Although, this communication was confirmed, they arrived at 8am and left at 9am. Took until 11am to get them back there and communication was a little bit of a struggle. In the end, we were picked up and taken to our hotel successfully without any issues.

Did not use this service. Got a message the day before debarkation that the car company wanted to move pickup to later at 9:30 am. As we’d never come off a cruise in Barcelona and our flight home from the airport was scheduled for 1 pm, we thought this would be ok. Morning of debarkation we walked off the ship with our bags and were ready to go at 7:30 am. Rather than stand in the hot sun for 2 hours waiting for the car, we grabbed an easy taxi. Glad we did. The airport was a CRUSH and we are in our mid 70’s. By the time we checked our bags, found the security check, picked up lunch and walked to our gate we had maybe sort of an extra hour before boarding. Viator was great for our other tours, but so so on the timing for the car to the airport.

Getting what’s app was helpful for communication. Drivers were always on time. They used taxis sometimes and the fare was half what I paid for this

Driver was prompt. Easy to communication. The coach is clean, good AC. Though we did not need any, but the had 2 seat boosters for young passengers. Driver was helpful.

Xavier was great! He answered questions in advance and texted me the day before to confirm. He was on-time and our transport to the airport was seamless.

We hired a driver to transfer two couples and luggage from a cruise ship to the airport. He was waiting for us when we got outside the cruise terminal, his van was comfortable, and he got us where we needed to go without any problems. The pre-transfer communication to make some changes was also without any glitches. I'd recommend these folks without reservation.

We were truly satisfied with the service. Driver was on time and kept us informed of the arrival time. The vehicle we were pick up in was also very comfortable and accommodated 9 pieces of luggage my family and I were carrying.
