What an awesome experience. Anthony was fantastic. Super funny and was one of the highlights of our trip. And since I know his mom is reading this review - just want to say that he was a good boy. But seriously - what a fun excursion. Even with the rain we had a wonderful time and laughed a ton. Absolutely positively highly recommended.

This was one of the BEST trip experiences I've ever had!!! I'm from the U.S. and wanted to experience Lucerne, Switzerland the best and most unique ways I could find. Great way to experience Lucerne off the beaten tracks. Close to the city and yet in the midst of beautiful nature on Lake Lucerne. Roberto is a fun, easy-going, but also knowledgeable guy. I had a lot of fun.

This was so much fun, the highlight of my entire trip. Luzren is such a beautiful city and in order to see it all, we really had to take the bikes around. It was a great experience to see the different parts of the city. I loved riding on the electric bike! Roberto was amazing! Super kind and patient. He was knowledgeable and provided great conversation. He showed us incredible spots and gave us insight on the life of a person living in Luzren. He was very thoughtful and provided us with a blanket (our tour was on Christmas Eve) to keep us warm. You should definitely do it :D

This is a must do in lucerne!!! It is such a unique & amazing experience, we fell in love with the city and learned things we wouldnt have learned if we just tour the city ourselves. Roberto is the best tour guide! He showed us all of his favorite spots that no tourists will ever go to. Fed us chestnuts & took us to a hidden local coffee shop. We got amazing photos & memories. If you’re debating- do it. You will be able to see more of what this city has to offer.

Absolutely amazing experience to share with your friends and/or family. We went on the tour in Mid October with my wife and daughter. My daughter could not stop smiling the whole time we were there. Awesome guide, polite, kind, knowledgeable. Awesome scenery, amazing electric bike. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

We did a wonderful tour with Roberto where he showed us the cool, hidden spots in Lucerne, that the regular tour companies don’t show you. Riding the cargo bike was so easy and fun, and we heard so many nice and interesting facts about the city. Roberto was an amazing tour guide and we really enjoyed his company. We had a wonderful time with Roberto with Loop Tours Lucerne. We really enjoyed all the sights around lake Lucerne and learning about the area. We had 3 kids with us (6 year old, 3 year old and a 5 month old baby) Roberto kept the older kids engaged with lots of games and it was great to be able to do something that everyone could enjoy! Wow, we can't say how excellent this tour was with Roberto! Definitely a unique and fun way to explore areas of Lucerne that most tourists don't see. He is so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable of Lucerne! We learned a lot. We also appreciated his sense of humor and the "I spy game" that he had for youngsters that we even enjoyed!! Riding through Lucerne on Roberto’s bikes not only brings you happiness but to everyone else you come across! Wherever we went, people were beaming at us, all of them loving the novelty of the cargo bikes (which are easy to ride, by the way) and the uniqueness of this tour. This tour was the perfect way to discover Lucerne and beyond. Roberto took us to places only locals would know about and he was a wealth of knowledge about Lucerne and Switzerland in general. I especially enjoyed our stop at Horw, where we spent a few minutes lakeside and mingling with the locals. If Lucerne happens to be in your itinerary, make sure to book this tour because I guarantee that you will truly enjoy the experience and also meeting Roberto.

Not many organised tours are fully inclusive in that they cater for and engage all ages, interests and fitness levels. I chose this tour primarily for my mum who has very limited mobility, but I never expected it to be so much fun for my 4 year old and I too! If you are looking for a classic city tour, this is not for you. If you want to discover hidden gems (restaurants, neighbourhoods, galleries, alternative views of the lake and Mount Pilatus) at the perfect pace, while being looked after by the knowledgeable, warm and genuinely awesome human Roberto, then get on it!

Our tour with Roberto was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable regarding Switzerland and especially Lucerne. The bikes were powerful and easy to ride. Don’t worry about expending any energy, the bikes do the work! Roberto went out of his way to make us comfortable and even gave us a ride back into Old Town after the tour! Stick around for the parting gift at the end of the tour! Highly recommended!!!

It was such a beautiful tour! Really funny and interesting. Or did you know that Switzerland has 48 mountains with an altitude above 4000m?

I learned how to pilot a three-wheeled-carriage-bike! How cool is that?! 😎🤩 It was pretty easy to drive and a lot of fun looking at the scenery.
