Our guide, manjeet, was excellent. Very friendly and informative. The pre-tour contact to find out our particular areas of interest was a very nice touch. A really enjoyable walk and experience in the historical centre of the city. There are plenty of kl tours available but so pleased we chose this one - highly recommended!

This tour is great for anyone who enjoys walking while learning about the local history of Kuala Lumpur. TK the guide, knows his city well and he is an excellent storyteller. He showed me the peculiar and interesting things about KL that is sometimes overlooked. On top of that, he has a great personality and is fun to hang around with. I really recomend booking this tour whether it is for a short or long stay in KL.

Upon arriving in KL, I felt intimated - the size of the city, the busyness, and not speaking the native language. And I am from New York City. It wasn’t long that I realized that English was widely spoken. Now I just had to venture out. I thought that a small tour with an introduction of the city would help. So here I am. TK, the tour guide, was extremely personable and spoke excellent English. The highlights of the city were amazing. TK was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more considerate. Nadia was so lovely that I didn't want the tour to end. She has a lovely and warm personality which made me feel so welcomed to KL. She enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the culture and country that is her home. What I really appreciated was her flexibility to my personal desires regarding my interests in KL. Siddoz was just the kind of local guide we've been waiting for. He was chill and informative at the same time. We did the 1.5hr tour with him early in the morning at 8:30am.This tour was the very helpful for us on our first full day in KL. He was able to give us insights into the Malaysian culture. My family of parents and two older teenage boys were only in KL for 2 days so this short tour was perfect. We stopped for a couple of drinks breaks which was very welcome. Siddoz was friendly and approachable, and definitely knew his stuff.

I really didn't know what to expect from the tour but Manjeet was amazing! She customized the tour for me. Her knowledge of the history of Malaysia was impressive! She took the time to explain things to you. The best thing is she would start a story and take you to the next place and tell you the punchline of the story that fit so well as if she is a story teller. I felt comfortable, and extremely entertained. I would recommend Manjeet as the tour guide to anyone.

We had a fun and informative afternoon with Siddoz. He was forthcoming with his knowledge of the city and was a great conversationalist in general. He took us to 4 main major points during our walk. We really enjoyed our walk with Ranita - Ranita introduced us to the history of KL and some wonderful buildings, including two Chinese temples, the central market, China Town, the Supreme Court and told us a little about the daily life of the residents of KL. The walk was around a compact area, but every turn was different - and she was able to keep the interest of a 15 year old and 17 year old- not an easy task! We met Nadia as arranged on 8th October next to the I Love KL sign at The City Gallery, I even received a message the night before to confirm the meeting. We enjoyed our Kickstart tour Kuala Lumpur more than words could express. Brendon is the kindest guide we have ever met. He showed us around giving us a lot of background info. He was caring and went out of his way to give us the most wonderful tour. We were really touched that after the tour he offered to drive us with his car for an extra sightseeing of the Twin Towers and a mall closeby to buy a gorgeous chendol. He even dropped us at our hotel afterwards. Brendon made our tour a memorable one.

We had such a great time with Brendon. He showed us the sites, introduced us to great food and was great fun and entertaining. When the kids got tired he drove us and even dropped us home at the end of the tour. You can't go wrong with this lovely, kind and interesting guide. I wish we could do it all again!

As we had only 2 days in the city we booked Brendon for a 2 hour walking tour so we could get our bearings. Absolutely invaluable - it's not an easy place to get around and we'd not have seen half the things without him. We walked miles and in fact we're with him for 3 hours. He recommended a great restaurant for Malay food and even messaged me with menu suggestions. I have no hesitation in recommending this great tour.
