My partner and I had an amazing time doing the cenote tour with Salvador! Each of the cenotes we went to were beautiful and worthwhile, and they were also quite varied. Salvador was a super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient host. He was totally cool with us lingering, taking lots of pictures, and answering all our questions. Highly recommend booking with them if you are interested in checking out the cenotes!

Stop searching for a cenote tour and book this company RIGHT NOW. The tour was fantastic. We were 2 girls alone so a little apprehensive of booking a private tour, but boy were we so glad we did. Salvador was AMAZING. So knowledgeable of the cenotes he took us to and the areas we were in in general - plus, he’s a great guy so conversation and laughs came easy. He took us to some of the most amazing cenotes and was so excited to share with us the cool features of each - his enthusiasm was infectious! The cenotes were private, not overrun by big tour groups, allowing us to really soak up and revel in the amazing natural beauty. Plus he took us to a FANTASTIC taco place at the end of the tour. 10 gold stars for Salvador!!!

Exceeded our expectations. Josh was very knowledgeable and fun during the cenotes tour. The cave cenote was fantastic. He wrapped up the tour with tacos for lunch at Taqueria Honorio. It was a great time. You will need to swim a lot, but with life vests it's easy.

We had a terrific experience on our tour with our guide Salvador, who was absolutely great. He picked us up at our hotel right on time, then took us to 3 cenotes. We saw amazingly beautiful formations, particularly in the closed cenotes. Salvador was an enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgeable guide, and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him. We finished with a fun trip to a taqueria that he recommended for lunch. Once again Salvador I apologize that my wife asked for a knife and fork to eat her tacos! We highly recommend this tour - Salvador, thank you for a memorable experience and showing us such great beauty.

We traveled from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen for this tour. Salvador was our guide and he was amazing. It felt like hanging out with a friend for the day. He clearly loves the cenotes and took us on amazing experiences. He was great at sensing how comfortable we were with different things and made us feel super safe at all the cenotes, which allowed me, a scaredy cat, to push my limits a little bit! I would recommend this to any traveler looking to explore the mainland. Absolutely outstanding experience, great communication at every step of the way, and an all around awesome day in Mexico. We had the most magical experience!! Doing this private tour allowed us to customize our day and go to cenotes that were less crowded and more beautiful and clean! Josue was the BEST GUIDE EVER that we booked him for 3 days to do more private tours with him while we were here. We cannot wait to come back and explore more! The best way to see playa del Carmen, tulum, and the Mayan culture!

This tour was incredible and was an absolute highlight of our whole trip! Josué is the BEST guide!! He was so much fun to be around, so kind and attentive, and so knowledgeable. As four females traveling we felt very safe while getting to see amazing sights and have authentic experiences off the beaten trail. Our first tour with Joshua and Caleb was so good, we took another! The first tour was a visit to Mayan ruins, a cave cenote, and lunch at a Mayan home. Caleb was extremely adept at communicating the complex story of the ancient Mayan people, including their history, theology, and symbolism. Wandering around the ruins would have been a great disappointment without him --since I would have missed so much. His story of the stingless bee, the god-who-cannot-be-imaged, that god's son who descended to earth, the preparation for and purpose of human sacrifice, were all told with respect and fascination during a bicycle tour of the ruins. As part of this tour, Joshua took my wife and I to a quiet cave cenote and we were the only one present for most of our visit. Here again, he explained its formation and how the cenotes were mapped by divers. We dove and swam in this very special place. A few days later we took another 3-cenote excursion with Joshua, this time to an open cenote (Casa cenote) among the mangroves (and an overlooked alligator!). Then to an incredibly beautiful low cave cenote with stalactites, with its pools connected by very small passages, blind cave fish, and "Mayan butterflies" (AKA bats!). Very private with no other visitors. Spectacular! The third cenote was more crowded but still lovely. Josh was great at leading us along, telling us of the discovery of these pools in the underground rivers of the Yucatan. The visit was topped off real street tacos from a corner in Tulum! Both Joshua and Caleb were personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and first rate guides. Yes, the tours are not cheap, but if you want the ultimate experience, let BTM take you there! These private torus are just that: private. But also fantastic! Not to be missed.

The tour was an unforgettable morning and early afternoon exploring cenotes and learning more about the history and geography of the region. Salvador was a gregarious, adventurous, knowledgeable guide. He adapted the tour based on our preferences (I wanted to explore more open-air cenotes having done a few caves in the past) and made sure that the day was a blast. I'd highly recommend this tour to any couples, families, or small groups. The private transportation and personalized service is worth every penny. I'm ready to go again!

The cenote tour was the best part of our trip! Salvador, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely considerate of our friend who was pregnant and others who were not strong swimmers. Salvador chose a great place for street tacos afterwards!

We had a great time and our guide made it very easy and enjoyable for our family. He was very patient and accommodated our pace. My sister experiences disabilities and traveling with our guide made it possible for her to enjoy this trip with the rest of us. I would definitely recommend this for anyone new to Mexico and looking for a no stress way to enjoy Cenotes.
