Very enjoyable. Ryan was an excellent chauffeur! Very informative and funny. Even in the rain it was fun, relaxing tour.

We were a party of 12 including a 4 month old baby. It was well organised, timely and they waited patiently to whilst we had to take the 5 yr old for a bathroom break just before starting our trip. The host was a 2nd yr student called James and he was very informative and answered all our questions. We were going to book with another punting company but this was much more cost effective. Hugely recommend to use ‘Let’s go punting’ and you will not be disappointed. 5 out of 5.

A fabulous trip on the River Cam punting under many bridges. Great views of historical colleges and an entertaining and interesting commentary. Would recommend.

Matt was a great tour guide. He was informative and answered all of our questions. He didn't tell stupid jokes like so many guides. We are seniors and staff were very helpful getting on and off the boat. The views were amazing. We took many pictures. Go early before the river gets crowded

Surprisingly comfortable seats! Our guide, James, was fabulous - very knowledgeable and entertaining. We all enjoyed the trip and would recommend it to other friends. Just a pity it doesn’t last longer!

We were given contact details for a booking by representative of the company outside the train station. We asked whether it would be an issue to take babies on the boats - he advised, no and told us that babies, children and adults count the same. I called the number to book and advised we were a large group of 14 adults and 3 babies. The person advised we would need 2 boats, 1 private and 1 shared. He asked me to hand my phone over to his colleague at the stand so they could confirm the booking. We paid and we’re advised to come back at 5:15. We walked around the park and were back at 5:05. We waited around till 5:25. We go onto our private one, and then one of their staff, a young Asian lad, whose name we didn’t came to me and said “madam you said 14 adults on the phone, you didn’t say about the babies”. Which makes no sense, considering I was carrying my baby! Because of this miscommunication, they did not have enough spaces on the shared boat. The man came back and told me I was wrong and mistaken. Very passive aggressive. At this point there was four or five people from their company, telling us, I was wrong and it was my fault. They offered the second boat 30 minutes later, but we declined and got off the boat. We requested a refund (£250) - which they outright refused. After a lot of arguing Kirsten sorted it out (thank you) and refunded the money. It ruined the whole day in Cambridge. Won’t be using them again!

Booked a private punting tour. Time management was spot on. Sam was our guide, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and great with our kids. We all had an amazing time and would use this company again in a heartbeat. We've got some beautiful family photos from our punt, which we'll treasure. Thank you Sam for going above and beyond.

Lochlan was a brilliant guide and despite a very busy river he got us down and up with very few bumps. Plus ensured our young daughter never got her fingers caught. Very much recommend.

Punting on the Cam was one of the highlights of our whole trip. We went in the early evening so the river wasn’t too crowded. The weather was perfect & the light was beautiful, perfect for taking pictures of Cambridge University. The boat was comfortable, the ride was relaxing & our tour guide/ punter, Ben R., was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. I think it’s the best way to see & learn about Cambridge.

Locklin was our guide and he added humor to all the fun facts he shared. Our daughter was even scared of a couple bees and he was able to distract her with some of the sights. We had a great time!
