Spent a fantastic, enjoyable and fulfilling evening with Andreea. Learned about some the architecture, history and culture of Bucharest. And of course about the craft beer scene in Bucharest! But, most importantly, Andreea, was a great conversationalist and was able to express knowledge and thoughts on a vast range of subjects.

Our guide, Bogdan, was wonderful! We did four different tours in Bucharest and the evening spent tasting (very good) beer and learning about Romania and Bucharest was absolutely the highlight of our three days there. He was very easy to listen to and explained things in a factual and interesting way. He also knew a lot about the history of beer in Romania. Went to several off the beaten path places, which we also appreciated. I really want him to know what a great experience he gave us. Thank you Bogdan! 😁🍺

Bogden was a great guide. Took the time to explain key facts, had a great knowledge of history and gave us a view of former times. The beers were great and the good excellent. We loved sharing our stories and comparing the differences. The time flew past and we could have talked all night. We loved the differences in the bars we went too. When back, will book again.

Bogdan was fantastic - easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He has a broad knowledge of all elements of Romanian history, and he did a great job of giving me a holistic view. The beer stops were also well thought out and fitted seamless into the tour. Highly recommend

Our extremely knowledgeable tour guide Bogdan was able to suggest different types of beer at all the local bars. We stopped at different bars in between walking around the city center learning about the history and present state of Bucarest. We want to come back to Romania thanks to Bogdan and his fantastic customer service, friendly personality, and expertise of the city and beyond!!!!! You will not be disappointed in this tour!!!!!

Dana was an absolutely fantastic guide, she spoke passionately about the history of Bucharest whilst showing us interesting landmarks throughout the City. Furthermore, she showed us some tremendous pubs/taphouses that we would have not known existed! Our group of 4 would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone!

It was a very interesting tour, with some insights into the city, its people and history as well as its newly-found craft brewing trend. Was shown pubs that I would not have discovered on my own which I will certaily visit in the future with colleagues. Bogdan did a great job of putting all of this into one enjoyable event.

We did the tour with our guide Andreea on a rainy afternoon with not much else to do in Bucharest and absolutely fell in love with the bars and beers she showed us. Three different locations with four little "shots" of Zaganu-Beer , three bottles at the second location and another one at the last bar, mostly "hipsterish" and well known by the locals, and in between she squeezed the history lesson about the revolution (At the Piata Revolutiei, of course). My girlfriend and I absolutely fell in love with the city, the stories and the craft beer Andreea showed us with such passion and are sure that the 60 Euro per person are well spend money if you have four hours of time, like to walk and drink some excellent beers while getting to know some history and some of the best bars in town. We would also like to thank Andreea for the tips she gave us that evening and the follow-up email she send the next day - That was the best tour we ever had, and you were the best guide on all our tours! We did this tour with 4 of us as friends. Andreea was our guide and it was the best guided tour that we have ever done. I highly recommend this and ask for Andreea! You won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the tour. Dana was a very knowledgeable and conversational tour guide. We stopped and got a local pastry on the way to our first stop, and she pointed out lots of local places to visit for various types of food and beverages. Additionally after the tour, she sent a wonderful followup email containing the recommendations she had made and other things to see and do in Bucharest.

The Bucharest beer tour is a lot more than just sampling good beer (although there was a lot of good beer to be had!). Bogdan shared a lot of detailed information about Romanian history from the Dacian period to the Communist era, and since it was an evening tour, we had cool weather and less crowded streets for the tour. He also took me to some hidden gems you might not otherwise find, and Bogdan is a very funny and personable guy.

We would highly recommended this tour! We had a great time learning about the history of Romania while enjoying some of the local dishes and the micro brews. Our tour guide, Dana was wonderful. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable of the history and all the Romanian beer questions I asked. She made the night feel more like we were hanging out with a group of friends rather than strangers. Again we really enjoyed her enthusiasm and friendliness.

I highly recommend this be the first thing you do when in Bucharest, if you don’t I am sure you will spend your time in the tourist traps of the city. They are truly interested it making sure you see Bucharest through the eyes of the locals and get off the beaten tourist path. The beers are all great, but the real treats are the sights you see, the history you learn, and the unmatched company you tour with.

We had such a lovely evening on this tour. There were 3 paying customers plus Dana (our tour guide) and a colleague (sorry can't remember his name 🤦‍♀️) who was learning the tour. Such a small group could have been awkward but Dana made the group comfortable and started conversation going easily. We visited 3 different drinking locations, which were varied and interesting. Two were off the beaten track and we would never have visited them if we weren't part if the tour. I'm not a beer drinker but my husband enjoyed all the beer on offer. Traditional food was also included which was delicious. The tour also included a walking tour in between each drinking venues. This was fascinating and we learnt more than we did on the City Sightseeing Bus tour. Dana was happy to answer all of our questions. An added bonus was the addition of Dana's colleague joining us who was from Turkey. The banter between him and Dana was so funny and they both had different opinions on certain sides of Romanian history. Overall the evening felt like we had spent a few hours with old friends when in fact we hadn't met before (apart from my old man and I) Highly recommend this tour!!!!

Had a lovely time on this walking tour around Bucharest. Bogdan was an excellent guide telling us plenty of history and showing us various places and doing it in such a relaxing way that you thought you was with a old friend. The beer was good along with the snacks .i found it so nice taking in info and then having a beer. Thank you again Bogdan

My husband and I did the Beer & Culture Tour while in Bucharest. We only had one full day to see the city and we're so happy we chose this tour! Dana, our guide, was awesome and we really enjoyed hanging out with her for our 4 hour long tour! She shared information on traditional Romanian foods, snacks, booze and the burgeoning craft beer industry. Between drinks and snacks, we wandered through the city and she told us about some of Romania's early history, Ceaușescu's communist regime, and how it shaped Bucharest and Romania as a whole today. We learned a lot from her and she happily answered all of our questions. She also had a lot of great suggestions for things to see not only in Bucharest, but throughout the rest of our Romanian holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone (particularly beer lovers) looking for a relaxed and informative walking tour while in Bucharest!!

Dana was an excellent host! It was as if we were walking around with a well known friend who knew a lot about the city! She was fun and friendly and had surely lots of knowledge about both beer and the city. All in all a great town with great beer and a great host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a fantastic time with Dana on the guided beer tour. Dana is very knowledgeable and friendly to talk with. I learned a lot on my trip with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone else who wants to get to know Bucharest over a couple of great crafts beers.

Dana was our guide. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took us to very picturesque memorable places. Beer and food was great at each place we went. Definite must do and if you get Dana, you’ll have the most entertaining time! Our group didn’t know each other in the beginning, but after tasty beer flights as an ice breaker, we all started joking and swapping stories with one another. Dana, thanks for a fabulous time!
