Our guide Steve was the best guide we ever had! He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor.. He was patient with us and the others and gave us great recommendations for chocolate and beer! It was a “ pay what you think the tour was worth “ tour and we loved it! Highly recommended!

Pascal from Ambassador Tours gave an informative tour with flair and enthusiasm. He told interesting stories about the history of Bruges and its people which gave a good insight into the past of the city. The tour was well paced and covered lots of points of interest. Highly recommended.

So boring we did 10 mins and broke off from tour. We left and went to have waffles a flight of beer and some frites. We did a canal boat trip which was v good.

We’ve done walking tours all over the world from New York to Istanbul and this was my favourite, even my restless 18 year old loved it. Joost was extremely knowledgable, as a historian he was able add details that brought the tour to life. He was funny, his English was excellent and he had a great voice which projected well. We always do a walking tour on the first day or arriving somewhere so we get the local view of where to go and where not to go. He was fantastic, and even gave us tips for Ghent. He does other tours as well, so ask him about them. We’re a bit sad we won’t be here to do a Blue Bike tour with him, but I might come back. It was that good!

We have been on many walking tours of cities and Joost’s was absolutely the best! Great historical stories but entertaining the whole time. We felt like we really knew Bruges at the end. He has a clear passion for and pride in his home, being born and raised here. Highly recommend the tour, especially with Joost!
