What an absolutely amazing day! Touring the islands, canoeing, learning the history from Sexy Billy, snorkeling at the coral reef- it’s almost too unbelievable to put into words. The entire staff was so attentive and made sure that our group were comfortable and relaxed. If you are trying to decide whether or not to book with this tour, ABSOLUTELY book them! When we go back to Thailand we will definitely book another tour with 5 Star Marine.

This crew is safe and knowledgeable and so attentive to their guests!!! Outstanding service and the best experience! I couldn’t even think of one thing to improve! We had 2 boats for our large group of friends and all of the staff were excellent!!! You must book them if you visit Phuket! You won’t be disappointed! Incredible trip! Incredible experience! We booked a private tour and when we arrived at the pier the guide (Sun) asked us what we wanted to see and experience. We asked for unique experience with beautiful and unforgettable scenery. Although I thought wanted to visit Phi Phi, Sun suggested a trip north to James Bond island. It sounded interesting as it included a visit to a “Bat Cave”, secluded lagoon only reachable, and a visit to a Fisherman’s floating village. What an amazing day!! The crew catered to us, ensuring we had the time of our lives - and we did!! It was so amazing. The Bat Cave was incredible- a must see. And if you needed another endorsement, we just booked another private tour to see Phi Phi.

We opted for the Captain's Choice, and decided on the best itinerary on the morning based on our preference to avoid crowds. Ended up doing island hopping for snorkelling, lunch at the floating island (amazing!), and finished up with a drink at a beach on sun lounges. The day was amazing, the boat was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were fantastic. We will definitely rebook if we get back to Phuket. It's not cheap, but it is worth it.

We had the best day ever. We did a private tour of the islands and we chose captains choice. We really wanted them to take us where they would want to go. And it did not disappoint. We were lucky to get Alex. He really know the islands and kept blowing our minds. He showed us bioluminescence in the day time, he took us to a couple of caves that would lead to the middle of an island with no one but us and monkeys. We snorkeled with sharks and I saw the most amazing fish ever. Truly what an experience. We chose to do private so we could decided where and when. Brilliant company, very professional and courteous and fun. Highly recommend 5 star marine to anyone.

Wow, what an amazing day we had yesterday. We had a private boat for a family of 4. (Kids 7 and 11) From start to finish the trip was centred around what we wanted to do as a family. We weren’t really bothered about going to the touristy places with loads of people so our BRILLIANT guide Sun took us to some amazing caves and timed it perfectly so that we were the only ones there! The communication was great even weeks before the trip. WhatsApp messages to inform us on weather, what to expect, what to bring, timings etc. We got picked up on time and in nicely air conditioned vans. We did the bioluminescent tour which was amazing. Our little girl is convinced that it was fairies in the water at night time. We visited 5 caves and a drive past James was Bond island. You go out on kayaks but Sun and his team made us feel safe at all times. I can’t recommend this tour enough. If you are thinking it’s a lot to have a private tour we saw loads of boats just crammed with people and every experience they had to wait for everyone to get on and off the boat etc. it really is worth the extra money to have the trip completely ventured around what you want to do. If you can, even sharing with another family, it is worth every penny! Looking forward to doing another trip when we come back in December. Thank you again to Sun and the crew. You were all awesome!

All in, a wonderful day with family made possible thanks to the team at 5 star marine. From start to finish, pre arrival communication was on point till drop off at day end. We did the captains choice tour. Our guide for the day Jimmy was great, attentive and helpful, not to mention professional and very personable. We had 2 kids aged 10 and 7 as well as 2 seniors in their 70s in our group, all went smoothly thanks to Jimmy and crew. Would reccomend Five star marine to friends and will be back to sail with them when we return again. Well done to all involved.

We took 2 private chartering for about 39pax. Right from booking until completion of tour we experienced fantastic service from 5 Star Marine team. In general Thailand is known for hospitality, but we received both professional service coupled with hospitality. Shaun & team were amazing. Kept their commitments agreed. Maintained punctuality, Friendly Crew members were simply amazing. Cleanliness of boat, fruits & drinks inside boat wonderful. They also arranged small buffet lunch according to our budget which was superb. In short we enjoyed to the core. We will be surely recommending to others. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to the pier! We were greeted warmly and met our Tour guide immediately. We discussed what we wanted to do and weather conditions. All was looking good for a great day. The staff in general was above and beyond. We sailed with the tour guide, an engineer on board and of course the captain. The boat was so comfortable as the seats are not perched on the edge of the boat as many of these boats have. There was outdoor viewing and indoor with the ability to remove the canopy if needed. There was fruit on the boat, water, they even lent me a noodle to swim with! We felt safe the entire ride over to our first island. Raya was stunning. The water was crystal clear. The sand was like flour. We could have stayed there for a few days! This was captains choice tour so there was no set schedule. We snorkeled from the beach and then went to a snorkel site. We moved onto Coral Island. We had lunch first and then snorkeled a bit from the beach. We then moved to a deep water site. The snorkeling was even better there! All in all it was a fabulous day. We have chartered many private boats before in our travels. This was the best experience. The staff was second to none. Kind, courteous and most importantly they love what they do. The tour guide gave me all the extra attention I needed! He was also responsible at all times for our safety in the water. At all times he had eyes on us. The ride back was excellent and we said our goodbyes at the dock. We cannot recommend this company enough. It was worth every penny. We loved Thailand so much we will be back next year. Also tip for those going only to Phi Phi. We had almost no one on the first island for the better part of two hours. It was incredible. . No crowds. The most gorgeous sand and water. Consider venturing to less known islands! It’s worth it!!!

We are a family of 4 from Australia and we have been to Phuket several times and been on many speedboat tours with other companies and 5 star marine is by far the best. We went one day before our 18th Wedding anniversary and I messaged the guys about lining up something special and they organised a cake and small gift, this made my wife’s day. To have your own private boat is like no other, well worth the money. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

The 5 star marine team was fantastic and very thoughtful. Celebrated a birthday out at sea and they prepared a cake and a small gift. Dive master Nigel is very knowledgeable and absolutely hilarious. Kris and the crew are very informative and attentive. We had such a good time. 10/10 would recommend!

What a phenomenal day, we can’t express in words the sights our guide Nicky took us to. His expertise and knowledge were amazing, the whole boat crew were so kind. Couldn’t ask for more. What an experience, once in a lifetime.

A great experience that will live long in the memory. We decided on the James Bond plus Phi Phi island tour and the boat crew did an amazing job in seamlessly integrating them, together with a leisurely lunch and adapting to our needs on the day. One could tell that the crew genuinely loved what they do. Depending on what stage you are at, in your life, I would strongly recommend a private boat tour with 5 star Marine as it is simply incomparable to a shared boat tour and the team that they have, gives you service of the highest level. WOW is all we can say. Booked a day private tour and we were not dissapointed. Alex and the crew were amazing and looked after us all day long. Excellent experience from the moment we booked to the day after when we received great photos from the team. The staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel at ease the whole time. The highlight of our trip for sure!

They live up to their name! Right from the start the reservation process was impressive. Responses on WhatsApp were nearly instantaneous and they patiently answered a litany of questions. I quickly solidified a plan, and easily secured the boat with a deposit. When we learned that the private pier at our hotel on Yao Noi Island was under repair, 5 Star's response was "No problem!"--they landed right at our beach to pick us up. We were fortunate to have Dream and his "Dream team" for two full days. On day 1, we visited the Samet viewpoint, Bond Island, went sea kayaking thru caves and into quiet lagoons for a thoroughly enjoyable day. On day 2 the winds (and seas) were up so we pivoted away from the more remote and unprotected Phi Phi islands. This is where it's important to have an experienced team who knows the area and the conditions. Dream was very knowledgeable of the area and he worked with us to create an alternate plan, outlining a number of options. We had a phenomenal day thanks to Dream and his very capable crew, who took us to countless gorgeous little islands. The boat was in top notch condition and very comfortable. With the back of the boat covered against the harsh equatorial sun, we had the option to perch on the open bow where I took countless photos. Two powerful outboard motors got us from Point A to Point B quickly, and they both lifted up to make landings easy for putting in at quiet beaches for a swim. I cannot recommend 5 Star Marine enough.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff, the boat and the trip itself - all absolutely 1st class. Could not fault any of it. We were taken to places which were nice and quiet (which we wanted) and allowed to set the timings around our chosen activities. The sunset bbq was amazing. 5 star marine lives up to its name! We were traveling with family, including 3 toddlers under 3 and a baby -- and had a fantastic time! Alex our guide was knowledgeable and designed the tour best suited to our group based on our needs and the time we had. He brought us to a secluded, private part of the islands, including a special canoe ride and walk that took our breaths away. It was such an incredibly unique experience -- highly recommend! The boat was also clean, new, and well fitted with a bathroom, cold drinks and comfy seats.
