This was the perfect way to start our stay at Cinque Terre! We were able to get a nice lay of the land from the sea and Roberto was the perfect guide, giving us the history and culture of each of the 5 villages. He also made some regional food recommendations that we took and we’re not disappointed. This 2 hour boat ride was just enough to cover the 5 villages, and left time for swim time if desired. Thank you Roberto for this wonderful welcome to Cinque Terre!

Perfect boat for 4 of us. Despite that we are late almost an hour but the captain made his best effort to stop at places with nice views for us to take awesome pictures. We enjoyed it very much and its the best part of our trip in cinque terre!

The boat ride was from 5 to 7 pm and we saw 4 towns of Cinque Terre. The view is gorgeous on a sunny afternoon. Lorenzo not only drove well, but was very nice to give us a chatty company. Overall, the boat ride was among the best experiences we had in Cinque Terre.

This was supposed to be a sunset trip. It wasn’t. Also, the trip description never said how long the boat ride would be. Since it was supposed to be a sunset cruise and left at 5 pm, we were under the assumption that it would last around 4 hours, when in fact it only lasted 2 hours. Although the boat captain was great. We feel very mislead by the trip description and would respectfully ask for a refund.

We were a family of 4 the youngest being 9 yrs, and the other being 15, we all enjoyed the boat cruise, with the little snack and wine for the adults and juices for the kids set the scene for an amazing view of all the Cinque Terre ports, Just Amazing

We had an amazing time, but the tour was not exactly as advertised. The boat was tiny, literally a small motorboat, and messy as boats are - I was under the impression this was more of a proper tour with cocktails, and what really happens is you make your way to the dock rock outcropping and the manager will hand you a grocery bag of a bottle of wine, plastic cups and a wrapped up package of focaccia bread. We were dressed for dinner afterwards and so it was a bit ridiculous but we did have a fantastic time. Drank the wine straight from the bottle because otherwise there would have been wine spilled all over the boat! Focaccia was nice to have, but for 15 euro pp 1 bottle of wine and the bread was funny. Our captain was amazing though, and took us all around the coast, we got some amazing pics and the sunset out there was just perfection. So, if you aren't expecting anything fancy this will be perfect for you. Wear boat or swim shoes, a bathing suit w a cover up, towels, and girls w long hair bring something to pull it up, windy! You can swim off the boat in a few places. It was a fantastic tour, but just not described clearly on the site. Enjoy the Cinque Terre, we did!

This is the best way to see all five towns! We were staying in Riomaggiore and it was easy and convenient. They picked us right up from the marina and then on to a private sunset cruise for our group. Our captain took us around the towns and stopped at a couple places for the guys to jump in and go swimming in the clear blue waters. They had two bottles of wine and a ton of focaccia for the group- so much that we took leftovers. No regrets from the group and a trip highlight for everyone. Thanks John and team for making our trip so memorable!

However, the food and drinks tasting were disappointing for the price: 30euros to get a focaccia and both 2 drinks was to little for the price.
Notwithstanding this: this is in my opinion the best way to view the cinque terre

Définitivement la meilleure façon de découvrir les cinq terres et surtout dans les conditions que nous avons connues. L’accueil, Roberto, son bateau et même la météo ont été fantastiques !

Avevamo prenotato il tour al tramonto. Il nostro skipper Jacopo era alquanto strano e soprattutto non sapeva niente di niente, da quel che avevamo capito non lavorava per loro ma era stato chiamato all'ultimo momento. La barca era sporchissima, non ci ha fatto nessuna presentazione delle cinque terre, su cinque terre siamo riuscite a vederne solo 4, e nemmeno lui stesso sapeva se dovevamo e/o potevamo fare il bagno in mezzo al mare. Non sapeva nemmeno lui quale fosse il giro da fare o del lavoro che doveva fare. Al tramonto ci ha dato le bottiglie di vino e all'ultimo ci ha chiesto se volessimo anche magari delle focacce. Pessimo. Spero che possano migliorare perchè è un peccato. 85€ spesi malissimo per noi. Speravamo in qualcosa di meglio.
