We had an awesome time on this trip! Romain was such a good driver/tourguide, he got us to YS falls comfortably and got us local fruit to try, which was amazing. The falls were beautiful and the guides there were great, overall a fantastic day. Especially if you are with your family and did not rent a vehicle, it's very cool to have a full car with a private guide. Would recommend!!

We had lot of fun( we were party of 22 ppl). Nordia was great and accommodated all our requests. We made some unplanned stops and she along with driver was happy to accommodate. The information about Jamaica was also in-depth. All in all it was great experience with transportation, coordination with guides and all stops. Shout out to Allen for planning and follow up of our trip

It was incredible and see the blue hole was awesome and definitely worth the trip. The tour guide at the blue hole gave my friend and I a clay massage which was incredible. The driver Dale was very informative about the area and the history of the Jamaica

Our driver Dale was the best! Kept us safe and made all the stops for the food we wanted to try. Blue Hole was so incredible and worth the drive from Montego Bay. Less crowded then the other waterfalls the cruise excursions were going to. Dale gets bonus points for getting us back before the line to get back on the ship started. Don’t hesitate on booking this tour!

OMG I’ve never been to Jamaica before but so happy I booked with your tour guide because it was the most memorable experience. We got to see like REAL Jamaica not just what the resort shows but real Jamaica. The food was delicious as anything much better then America but anyways looking forward to my next stay and definitely recommending you all thanks for the good times keep it Irie monnn!

The tour company actually recommended the Ys waterfall tour and pelican bar trip instead because the travel time would have been over 5 hours. I appreciated they were honest about the length of the trip and found us a closer one. Charles our tour guide was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable and brought many laughs to the day. We were the first group to arrive at Ys falls and basically had them to ourself! I know from other reviews others have said it’s too crowded but this was so private. Also having a personal tour guide definitely put us at an advantage because Charles knew all the people and got us a good guide for the falls! Pelican bar was also a must, so cool to just relax there.

Our driver guide, Charles, and falls guide, Marvin, were both great!!! Both were super nice, & knowledgeable. Marvin took pictures and videos the entire time on our phone and Charles even took us to get food afterwards on our way back.

This was a great tour! Our driver picked us up on time, was very friendly, and gave us some great information regarding the history of Jamaica while we drove to the Blue Hole and Secret Falls. We arrived at the Blue Hole early, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Our children had a lot of fun there as well. We were taken to a store to buy souvenirs and to a great local restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend this tour!

It actually wasn't the tour operators fault, but we didn't end up going to Blue Hole & Secret Falls. I didn't realize it when I booked this tour, but Blue Hole & Secret Falls is a 4-hour drive from where we were staying in Negril. Our private guide for the day, Adrian, was absolutely willing to take us to Blue Hole & Secret Falls, but no one in my group wanted to sit in a car for four hours one way and another four hours back. Adrian pivoted very quickly and suggested another destination that was closer to Negril - YS Falls - which is about 90 minutes away from Negril and just as beautiful. Adrian was a wonderful guide/driver. We enjoyed talking to him about the culture, the people, the language and the food of Jamaica. When we got to YS Falls, he took care of everything and told us to spend as much time enjoying YS Falls. On our way to YS Falls, we talked to Adrian a lot about Jamaican patties and what he thought were the best patties (my husband's family is Jamaican so he's grown up eating patties). Since we didn't do a full-day tour, Adrian got the okay from the tour company to take us out to lunch at a local patty shop that he deemed to be the best patty. While our tour didn't go according to the description, we ended up designing our own tour and it turned out to be a perfect day. We didn't spend the most of the day in the car. We saw and experienced beautiful YS Falls. We dined on delicious patties. We had an amazing driver and company for our outing!

Great authentic island experience. It was a little tricky to find the location at first..... I contacted a number provided through trip advisor and a local tour guide called me back, sent his location and met us at the top of a hill and guided us to the area that we needed to be. He then proceeded to take us through the park where we spent a few hours enjoying swimming, diving and just overall fun. The guides were nice, helpful, knowledgeable.. and most important, authentic. I definitely suggest contacting a guide ahead of time and sticking to that person as there are many people who will try to take you to Bluehole as your guide and it can get confusing knowing who is who and what everyone does..... The trip advisor number was best to get in contact with one person and we stuck with them. Tipping your guide is a must. Wonderful place, I would highly recommend if you like adventure and waterfalls

Adrian was our guide for the day. He was wonderful! He was kind and informative! We decided to book a private tour as we were two families with 5 children under the age of 13. We felt that a full day of excursions would be too much. Adrian timed up everything perfectly so that we didn’t hit the rush of crowds at Blue Hole. He built in time for some shopping and a great local lunch too! We were very happy with our excursion and planning ahead was super easy! We will not hesitate to use Your Jamaican Tour Guide again!

This is our second trip to Jamaica for our family of 5. The first time we went we did a group tour, but due to covid, we wanted to do a private tour with just our family. This was the best decision, and covid or not we will always do a private tour from now on all our tours especially with this company. Great communication for booking (we had a few questions).Our guide was awesome, especially with the kids. It was a bit of a drive to get there but he provided lots of interesting facts during the drive. We saw a coconut stand along the way and asked him if he could stop at the next one and he said no problem. The kids loved seeing and drinking fresh coconut. Once we got to the falls, he went with us to make sure we were all set up. Then at the falls we had a guide take us up the falls and even take amazing pictures for us. The falls were beautiful and refreshing. On the way back we stopped for some local jerk chicken and it was great. Then most of us fell asleep on the way back haha! It was for sure the highlight of our vacation.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in my life. What made it even better was the Tour Guide. He made the whole experience worth doing over and over. His knowledge and charisma and his Authentic Jamaican hospitality is bar none. I would recommend his services to everyone I know and to people I don't. I can't wait to go back and I already know who my Tour Guide will be.

We were picked up at Sandals Montego Bay and went to the Blue Hole, got lunch at Scotchies, and pudding on the way back. It was just the best all around. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire excursion, our guide was nice, patient, and so very helpful. We will definitely do this on our next trip as well! The entire experience from pick up to drop off was very prompt and professional. Our guide was knowledgeable and never once made us feel like a job, but friends.

It’s a beautiful site if you do anything in Jamaica do this it was the highlight of the trip and a unforgettable experience. the driver dale was good he was knowledgeable very layed back and took us to eat at a great place after. ALSO PLEASE PACK A WATERBAG and water shoes have all your stuff with you all the time it’s better for peace of mind take it inside of the river as well with you in the river.

On the way to destination Dale introduced us to Jamaican history, point out some of the cool spots, like home town of Usain Bolt and the school he went to. Damian was our lifeguard/tour guide. He made our experience so special. The best Blue Hole tour guide you can get. He was so much fun! He also took amazing pictures and videos for us, he knows how to use IPhone better than me lol. We did a private tour going to Dunn’s & Blue Hole, it was so-so. Not terrible but we’ve done some pretty fun excursions on trips and this didn’t compare overall. The price you pay to the company is basically for a driver, not much more. They tell you a little bit about what you’re driving past but that’s about it. He was safe and didn’t ditch us so that’s good but overall unenthusiastic compared to private tours we’ve done elsewhere. Then everything else is extra, which the tour does mention but they don’t tell you that you need another guide to go through the blue hole and you can elect for one at Dunn’s as well I believe. So it’s quite expensive for a lot of time in the car. It was unfortunate that it was raining the morning of, so blue hole wasn’t open on time and neither was Dunn. The tour company probably should’ve allowed us to cancel the morning of, or offered to cancel the tour for us and refunded our money. It was like they had no idea that the destinations could be potentially closed due to all the rain. It seems like you should’ve known before we drove all the way over there. Blue hole wasn’t blue, probably due to the rain & higher water, & there’s A LOT of trash everywhere (A LOT)! And it’s not easy to maneuver, likely again due to higher water levels, you need to be able to swim well. The best part of our day was the guy who led us through blue hole, Dillon, but because we had no idea we would need a Dillon to go through blue hole we didn’t have enough cash on us to tip him sufficiently. Sorry Dillon!!!! Dunn’s seems like a tourist trap & you get haggled hard by shop vendors when trying to exit, worse than the haggling on a beach in Mexico! We also went to Scotchies and that was very good. The tour company should provide a better description of what to expect at each destination, including the addition of guides at both places because that’s not what you’re paying for when you book the private tour. Also, they should’ve been more prepared instead of driving and finding out things are closed & opening late.

We did a private custom tour that included the Blue Hole, and then river tubing, and a stop for a sit down lunch. Dale was our guide. It was the highlight of our trip. He was prompt, professional, very informative and very nice. We learned a lot from him about the culture and country. He took care of us and made sure we were safe. I only wish the tour guide at the Blue Hole was at the same level as Dale. That would have made it perfect. The river tubing was so much fun. I would definitely use this company again. Having a private tour guide is the way to go.
