Had to get my transit visa and took a little longer than expected but my driver was still waiting after customs with my name. Got me to my hotel very fast, no traffic. The problem I thought i would have was transfer back to airport, flight was at 545 am but I didn’t not want to inconvenience anyone to get me there late in the morning - the company was able to pick me up at 1130pm and got me to the airport no problem! Amazing service!

We changed flights and hotel at the last minute (communicated the changes through Tripadvisor) and were accommodated. The driver picked me up on time after we passed custom.

Our first driver was awesome. He didnt speak much english but he had this really cool translator app where we could talk to each other. we all downloaded it and it really helped us for the rest of the trip. Both drivers were on time and helpful.

When you exit the terminal, the driver will be waiting for you with your name. You walk to the garage and off you go to your hotel. The driver didn’t speak English, so I couldn’t converse with him and ask his recommendations on where to eat or what non-tourist sections to see which is why I gave this 4 stars.

This service works-simple as that. It is reliable, clean and dependable. Much better than a taxi. We will use it every time we go to Beijing.

Driver met us at the baggage claim area of airport and took us to the hotel in a nice a/c minivan. On the way back to airport, driver picked us up at hotel at previously specified time, and took us to airport.

The bus was mid-sized, adequate for our group, and quite comfortable. The driver was timely and careful, and our luggage was treated properly. It is recommended to contact the transfer operator by phone to confirm pick-up time/dates hortly before your trip.

It was really easy to book and find our driver at the Beijing airport. We came out of customs and he was there waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He didn't speak English but had a translator device with him. He was also on time for our pickup at the hotel and we arrived at the airport for our flight with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend booking this in advance.

No one picked us up at airport in Bejing so I arranged for someone else to pick us up to fly home to states from Shanghai. I want a refund. Please contact me with this.Peggy Mitchusson

Extremely easy. Had our names on a card and was waiting for us. Prompt on departure as well. Very clean car and just perfect.

Great experience. The driver was waiting for us after we got our luggage. He drove straight to hotel. He offered cold bottled water. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable. The driver on the way back took us all the way inside straight to the ticket counter. Impeccable service! Highly recommended. Skip taxis!

Driver was on time at both the airport and the hotel. Very clean car, safe driving, and excellent overall experience.

After landing, getting our luggage and clearing customs it was wonderful to find a driver holding a sign with our names on it! He took our luggage from us and led us to the clean warm car it was 5 degrees. Although he spoke no English he communicated via text from his office to confirm our pickup time for the return trip to the airport.
He was on time for our return to the airport and upon arrival he took our luggage leading us to our check-in location. This gentleman saved us all the trouble of finding where to go in a strange airport. We felt he went above and beyond what we had contracted for and appreciated his efforts!
We HIGHLY recommend this service!

Driver for pick up was over 20 minutes late. We had hailed a cab by the time he showed up.

It was nice to have the driver there waiting at the airport when you get off the plane.. so maybe arrange that half. The taxi ride back to the airport is FAR less than this price and at least you can get a cab to show up when you need it.

Totally disgusted with this experience.

Friendly driver and he quickly got us where we needed to go.
