Stephanie was a wonderful tour guide. She made the entire experience so memorable and exciting. Stephanie is a precious lady who is passionate about her work and about life in so many ways. We would love to have her as a tour guide and as a friend. We had so much fun!!!!!

Monse was very knowledgeable and pleasant during the tour. She kept us engaged all the time and adjusted the conversation level for the younger members of the group.

This is a fabulous tour and well worth the money. It was just Kitty (pronounced Katty). Because it was private, we were able to modify some of the stops and where we ended.

Please do not let the reflection of 4 stars affect our guide. She was wonderful! The lack of 5 stars is for the tour operator who booked us a private tour at 10am. We showed up and no guide was there to meet us. I tried to contact them in WhatsApp as instructed, but the response was very slow. I call the local number (which was long distance for me ) and spoke to a representative who insisted I had the time wrong and our tour was actually at 12:30. I told him I am looking at my reservation and it clearly states 10 o’clock. But that did not seem to matter, I was wrong. So now we had to rearrange our day and accommodate a 12:30 tour. Our guide met us on time at the location for the meet up. She was very informative and you could tell she had a real passion for her country. She took us to the top of the Barcelo Raval Hotel to get the best views of Barcelona and gave a great back history of the leaders, the government and the pride of Spain. She was very detailed and gave us useful information for being a tourist in Barcelona. She ensured our safety and navigated her tour to our way of thinking, which we appreciated. Thank you so much for a lovely day!

With the luck of the draw we got Monsa as a guide. She was an absolute delight and extremely well informed. Instead of the usual pointing out - this building is so and so, that building is so and so, we got the complete history and up to rhe day current politics of the area which we loved and gave us a great understanding of place. She was terrific and it was a very informative and enjoyable experience.

Montserrat is a remarkable guide. She will bring you to places that surprise and delight you; all the time sharing the perspective only a local can have. She was happy to answer our many questions. We felt like we visited Barcelona with a friend. It is a highlight of our trip.

Montse was an excellent guide! Her knowledge and love of her city shined. In addition to the history of the city we also had an opportunity to see the city from the street, a 360 degree view from the top of a hotel and travel in the funicular and cable cars. Montse tied the history of the city, past and present, in a way that helped us get a fuller appreciation for everything we experienced. This tour was everything we had hoped and more. This tour gave us an excellent overview about Barcelona old town. Additionally, we visited Montjuïc Castle with its amazing views, it was also much fun to take the cable car and funicular. Montse was our guide, she was very knowledgeable and also very helpful as we could do all the planned morning visits, and were also able to arrive on time to our afternoon tour.

Montse was amazing! She made my cousins and i’s experience amazing in Barcelona! We learned so much history and saw much of the culture and architecture! It was truly magical!

Tour guide did not show up. We were asked to join a group or wait 30 minutes or more. Asking for a partial refund.

I was worried about a tour with kids and little legs- but my kids loved this tour. Our guide, Kathy, was prompt, knowledgeable, fun, and sweet. This tour was more than we expected and absolutely awesome. My kids are still talking to anyone and everyone about the history of Barcelona and saints fighting dragons. I totally recommend Kathy and this tour, and also highly recommend the private setting with kids. We kid sit when we needed to, find drinks when we needed to, and we felt as though the kids (ages 8-twins and 13 year old) really got a lot out of the excursion. So fun!
