Our plane arrived 15 minutes early. We went to passport verification and waited there 1.5 hours. I got a phone call saying the driver had waited an hour and had to leave. Communication and understanding the deficiencies in the entry process would improve the situation. We never had the ride to Barcelona

Wen we arrived, the customs line was extremely busy. We were lucky to get out within 45 min. I tried to contact the company and the driver of the situation immediately to apprise them of a possible delay. They made it seem like they would leave if I was past the hour allotted. It was very stressful. Luckily we were able to get out and found the driver. Even though I’ve already paid for the service to the hotel, the driver solicited for a tip. I was going to give him a tip for waiting but after soliciting for it, I felt like it was a high pressure moment. I will not be using them again.

WARNING! Our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. When we got to the meeting spot, we received a call from the operator saying that his driver left because we were late but we will still be charged for the $62 euro. So we just had to stand in the taxi line for a taxi. When we contacted Viator, they said there was nothing they could do about the charge. Very disappointing! I would not risk booking a transfer through Viator.

Our driver was awesome! Met us inside the airport outside of customs and escorted us to his car. Took great care in driving. Plan on using the same service again!

Booking.com should check out which taxi company they put on their site when recommending this service to guests going to hotels

Highly recommend! Very informative! We didn't want the ride to end. We had conversations about culture and perspectives.

They never showed up! My reservation was confirmed through viatar but not through the transfer company. We ended up getting a cab that was quick and cheaper.

This is nice service, the car was clean and driver was great. But I wouldn’t recommend this service because they only wait 1 hour after plane lands if, you don’t show up they will leave or charge you 7 Euros for 15 additional mins. The custom lines at the Barcelona airport are very long. Not lying, we made it to the driver exactly 1 hour after plane landed. Of course I called service office right away to let them know the line was too long but the driver was already at the airport which really didn’t help! Also the price is a bit too much! The regular cost to the hotel I was going was about 30 Euros. Next time I will do the taxi line and avoid the stress that I could lose $63 for being in long custom lines.

It’s a family business that started our family’s vacation off right. They meet us right outside baggage claim and walked us to the van. All the suitcases & luggage for all 8 of us fit without an issue. While driving to the hotel, Khan pointed out some of the sites in Barcelona. We will definitely be booking again with them when we come back! Thank you for making it so easy after a very long travel day.

I advised ahead that we were many hours delayed on our flight from US to Barcelona because of weather in DC. I gave new arrival time. No one was there and they refused to refund or send someone.

They were waiting holding a sign at the airport...nice driver and very clean car gave us a shot tour as he drove to our hotel.

Arrived on time, was courteous and got us to the airport safely and punctually- easy to communicate with the service if you have a reference number

No one was at BCN airport to meet me. I had to take taxi to hotel. Very unsatisfactory. I want a full refund.

Great Service. Driver was there on time and he was able to accommodate two manual folding wheelchairs.

We were a group of 10 traveling from the airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting inside the airport exactly where we expected him. He was relatively friendly and helpful getting us to the bus. The day was hot and the AC on the bus was not working very well. Additionally, we were traveling during Friday noon-time traffic which was very congested on our route. Despite the complaints, I would still recommend the service and would use it again.

Our driver was on time when we arrived at the airport. We were concerned that he would had to wait longer for us as our process through customs took longer than expected. Our driver gave us a lot of recommendations of places to see and dishes to try even though we had a short stay. He was the one to also take us back to the airport and he was early to pick us up and didn't mind driving us early to the airport. Excellent service overall!
