This was perfect! Received a WhatsApp message soon after we landed (you need WiFi which we get because we have T-Mobile and also because there's free Madrid airport WiFi) with where to meet, a picture of the person who we were meeting and the information regarding the car itself. Miguel met us at the meeting point, help take our luggage to his car and drove us straight to our hotel while giving us a few tidbits about the city along the way! Could not have been any better.

Made this reservation to surprise my wife on her birthday as we arrived in Madrid. The person never showed. Called the emergency number 6 times and got disconnected. Zero customer service.

Transfer from airport was excellent and much better than I had could have expected. A very well dressed driver had my name very clearly displayed and was most helpful with my luggage and was an excellent driver with an extremely clean car. An excellent introduction to Madrid.

Ride was great, met us at departure. However, he made a point of telling me the wait time had expired. There was nothing we could have done to expedite the time from departing the plane, traveling to baggage claim, and collecting our luggage. I would have thought the company would monitor arriving flight times.

Outbound flight was delayed for 3 hours so we missed our connecting flight to Madrid. Contacted Viator to let Servantrip know about change in pick up schedule. Our driver (Francisco Rafael Hernandez Ramirez) was there waiting for us upon exit from airport terminal and drove us to our hotel.

The driver arrived punctually. He was professional and very polite and helpful. He was responsive and sensitive to our needs and requests. I highly recommend the use of your services for punctuality, reliability and courtesy. It takes a lot out of the stress of traveling when you have services you can count on.

We were met at arrivals by a lovely young woman, who drove us directly to our B&B in town. She was a professional and safe driver.

Llegó tarde. Sin letrero. No estaba en el punto de encuentro adecuado. Un coche donde no cabían las maletas. Éramos tres personas. Tuvo que irse uno y una maleta. Mi hija y yo en taxi. Quiero la devolución de mi dinero o por lo menos del 50 por ciento.

Totalmente recomendable. Muy buena comunicación con el conductor que te espera a la salida con un cartel con tu nombre.
