On the way from the hotel to the airport, the provided vehicle was dated and the a/c was broken. It's disappointing as the ad says the vehicles are new and air conditioned.

Kept in contact via WhatsApp before departure to let us know where to meet. We had a hiccup that was not down to these guys at all but they were patient and polite throughout. The van was immaculate and the driver was courteous and helped us with our bags right into the hotel. Great service. Will definitely use again.

We found our driver easily at the Antalya airport. He tranfered us without problem to our hotel near the Antalya Marina. No concerns or issues.

I booked this because of the number of five star reviews, and was extremely disappointed when I arrived in Antalya and the driver didn’t turn up. Luckily, a local called them and spoke to them in Turkish and was told they would send a driver out in 10mins. 20mins passed and still no driver. When the local tried to help me call again, his calls were declined. When a driver finally turned up, there was no apology or anything. When we were getting picked up from our hotel to leave Antalya, we were instructed by the company to be in the lobby at a certain time which we were. When 10mins passed, I called again only to have my calls declined. I was extremely disappointed throughout the whole process. Maybe it was just my experience but book at your own risk

The driver went to the wrong terminal and also couldn’t speak English. I had to call someone else in the control room of the third party pickup company that was sent, to explain to the driver what I was saying. There were numerous back and forth calls and a lot of distress considering it had been a long delay. I was delayed getting to my hotel by almost an hour. The communication from the beginning was well below par. I won’t be using this service again.

Very good value for money overall. The communication from Mete in particular was good throughout and the car was timely with the exception of a 15 minute wait when we first landed in Antalya. The minibus we had each way way a little old but fine and comfortable. Just a note of caution though, it seems like all these transfer companies have friends in transport rest stops on the journey and will pull over for a 15 minute stop. It was late and we knew we’d struggle to get any food at the hotel so we opted for 3 wrap/kebabs, 2 fries and a drink each which set us back nearly £100!! Beware the heavy sales tactics at these stops, not from the driver but their ‘friends’ at the stops. I would definitely use this company in the future but avoid buying anything at the rest stop.

They are very unorganized. They did not send a confirmation the day before. I tried to contact them the day of our trip. They did not return my phone call. They spoke very little English. I rather walk to my destination and don’t deal with these people.
