They made sure l received plenty of water and wet face washers when needed. Both helped me navigating the steps at the temples and getting in and out of the van. Once in a life time experience however it's very hot during our tour in April so we can't finish the tour completely. Our guide and driver are very friendly and took care of us very well. Would love to tour with them again for sure

We booked a tour and had the pleasure of being picked up from our hotel at 4.30am for the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Our guide, Thom San, was knowledgeable, patient and able to be flexible with our 2 teenagers. They spent time looking at monkeys rather than buildings but he went with it and made the morning very enjoyable for us all. We were given plenty of water and cold towels and despite the heat, we all enjoyed the three temples that Thom took us to. He was kind enough to take photos for us so that we even have family photos to remember this very special trip by.

What a fantastic experience! We did the trip in the afternoon which meant it was very hot but on the plus side, there were no queues or hold ups so we got some great photos to remind us of our visit. Our guide, Sunleang Seng, was the perfect host, made sure we had the necessary water and chilled towels on hand and he gave us some great background to the history of this incredible place. Definitely recommend a private trip, lots of one-to-one guidance and less waiting around to capture those magic moments

The tour guide Sunleang and the driver Mr. Lee were both very friendly and accommodating. Sunleang was very knowledgeable about the various sites and helped us take excellent pictures. Mr. Lee very kindly bought us fresh fruit as a snack--welcome replenishment in the heat, as were the many complimentary water bottles. Communication was easy. The tour itself is an excellent day's outing. Although there is plenty more to see in the Angkor complex than can be seen on a one-day tour, as Sunleang told us, this tour lets you see some of the main highlights efficiently. The car itself is also quite comfortable and air-conditioned; we were only a pair, but it looked like it could seat a group of five. You are brought to the different sites and will be shuttled between them in the car. Hotel pickup and drop-off makes things easy--if you are having trouble with the Angkor Enterprise website, as I was, they will bring you to the ticket office where you can buy the relevant pass in-person. It is not a long drive from town to the Angkor complex, and stopping at the ticket office does not take long, if you can't get the Angkor Enterprise website to work. There were many open counters and few people in need of paper tickets.

Our tour guide Thom San made our visit extraordinary! His professionalism and exceptional knowledge made the experience at the temples seem like we were truly back in time. On top of that he accommodated us with refreshments and cool hand towels throughout our day! I have a daughter that is autistic who Thom ensured was fully engaged with as well. I can not express enough how wonderful this tour was for my family and friends!

Thom was amazing. He took very good care of us. When my husband had heat issues, Thom came to the rescue with coconut milk and a very large bottle of water. We were impressed with his knowledge and love of his country. One of the best guides we have had. Thank you Thom.

An amazing tour. I learned so much more about the historical and cultural context of Angkor and Cambodia than I expected. Thom was a wealth of knowledge and had amazing English (and taught me some key Khmer words too). I cannot recommend this company enough. Very professional. Very good value for money.

Thom is knowledgeable and knows all the shortcuts to avoid the crowds. The tour is tailored to the customer and he is flexible. Took the time to take me to a pharmacist after the tour as I had a cough. Think he had a different driver than usual for our tour who was a bit too earnest about social issues but that was a minor distraction. Highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Our trip this morning was fabulous with amazing guide Sunleang Seng. He guided us with his excellent experience to different places at Angkor Wat. We learnt a lot from the trip, esp. Culture, history, gorgeous view, perfect timing, fantastic interpretation from our guide. He helped us to make a good choice to visit SIem Reap. We captured amazing photos at the time.

The tour of Angkor Wat would not be the same without a guide. I learned a lot about the country’s history and the meaning of the carvings. We stopped at Angkor Wat, then a small market for steamed coconut cakes. Then to the Ta Prohm temple with amazing trees. Seng is also a superb photographer!

Our tour with Sun and Lee was amaizing! Very informative - we couldn’t have done this by ourselves for sure. Without a guide we would have probably ended up walking around not knowing where to go and what we are looking at. We loved every aspect of it. Highly recommend! 🤍

My teenage son and I had a wonderful sunrise tour of Angkor Wat guided by Thom San. Thom speaks excellent English and provided a great tour experience. The included transport from our hotel was prompt, clean and air conditioned. Thom was extremely helpful with sorting out an issue with our entrance ticket. He is very knowledgeable and knows the best photo spots. Highly recommended.

I can’t thank Tom enough! You and your driver made my last day of 2022 so very memorable for me and my friends. If your looking for a happy and lovely tour guide then Sam is the man! He not only had information on all the history, every carving, fallen stone, tree, and corner of these temples, but he also made it fun to be there. He had cold water and cold lemongrass towels on the ready when we got back to the van, and his driver was one of the kindest and safest. This was my second tour while visiting Cambodia and I can say that Sam’s tour and historical knowledge was a very different experience than the first, just as wonderful, but with lots of new information and stories. Thank you Sam! I wish to see Cambodia again, and when I do I will defiantly hope to see you again too!

We had a great time with Thom. He is very friendly, informative and gave us a excellent tour of Angkor Wat and Banyon Temple.

We enjoyed our trip a lot. We had a chance to find out more details about the temples, especially about side galleries in Ankgor Wat. Highly recommended, together with a nice lunch break for hand made noodles.

Came across this tour guide by a chance and from initial one day of touring we extended it to total of three days of sightseeing various temples with him. Thom is a very positive and knowledgeable guy. He provides you with historical background of the temples so much needed to fully immerse in the unique experience of the place. Without him visiting Angkor Wat area would be far less rewarding. Definitely worth booking a tour with him.

We hired Travel to Inspire for transportation only on 2 days and a guided tour of Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and Ta Prohm on the 3rd day. The private tour with Thom was fantastic. We learned so much on the history and he took into account the heat and our comfort throughout. On the private tour and just the transportation we had cold water and cold cloths waiting for us when we returned to the van, which was greatly appreciated. We are so happy that we went with this company and highly recommend them.
