The whole tour was fantastic and Galindo was kind enough to accomodate an extra stop that wasn't on the itinerary. My favorite stop was the Middle of the World. Wonderful! Thank you Galindo for showing me Quito.

Got to learn a lot of interesting history of Ecuador and more importantly, it was an honor to have had Ismael as our tour guide. It was truly an experience we won't forget!!!

From the minute I met Ismael he greeted me like a friend. A day of knowledge and fun followed as he shared his love of nature and his country with me. I had a wonderful day and I would definitely recommend this tour.

This was the best tour we could have done for our time in Quito. Our tour guide took us to everything we would have wanted to see, but also made it feel relaxed and flexible. We would highly recommend this tour!

Patio was the best guide we could have hoped for- while it was a rainy day we had a delightful time: great touring, informative information on history, architecture and culture and had a great tasting of local fruits and chocolate besides the great lunch spot. Would highly recommend.

A massive thanks to our wonderful guide Jossua. We had an amazing time. We started with a really interesting tour of the market in Quito, where we got to see all of the amazing fruits and vegetables that grow in Ecuador (and we also sampled a fair view of them as well!). We then went to the Teleferico and our guide gave us a very detailed explanation on the volcanoes, the landscape, and all of the flora and fauna. A highlight was the middle of the world demonstration where we got to do lots of cool different tasks which demonstrated the differences of being in the middle of the world versus being north or south. We also learnt about the shrunken head tribe and the Amazon... Next, our guide took us to a great restaurant where we had some of the nicest food that we had in Quito. Finally we had a tour around the city looking at some of the buildings and churches that are important in the history of Ecuador. Overall, it was a fantastic trip that was made much better by having a wonderful guidr who had so much information and spoke better English then I do!! Thanks Jossua, I hope you enjoyed your trip to Brazil!

Jossua was an amazing guide. He was so informative and adjusted the day to best fit the weather and our preferences. The teleferico was fab, and we went on a lovely walk at the top before coming back down to the city and heading to the middle of the world which was so much fun! From there Jossua took us for an impromptu stop at the most incredible ice cream store on the way back to quito that we'd NEVER have found ourselves, and to an amazing restaurant for lunch. Gorgeous, historical setting and delicious tasty food. The walk around the city was so insightful and the Basilica too. The tour was perfect, and Jossua did everything he could to make it the perfect day for us. Five stars and would definitely recommend if you have a day in Quito!

Right before my trip to Ecuador, political instability unfolded in the country, and my loved ones were naturally worried about me going there. Our guide Pato made sure that Quito was safe to visitors and not shy to explain real situations that media did not report about. Thanks to Pato, who is passionate, confident, entertaining and caring, I got to learn so much about this charming country rich with nature (handsome volcanic mountains), culture (kaleidoscope), cuisine (literally mouth-watering and yummy chocolate!) and most importantly the warm people. Who would not fall in love with this little gem? I feel privileged to visit this beautiful country and so grateful to Pato for showcasing the colorful treasures of his country.

The most memorable moments were the teleférico, the middle of the Earth, the Basilica, the cathedral , chocolate tasting, and everything else.

The guide was lovely and so were the places. Unfortunately I felt it was a bit expensive for a day trip especially since we paid for all the entry fees. We did not want a mini bus. The driver was lovely and our guide was very very good but I think the price could have been much lesser. I appreciate the request for a late start and am grateful .

Galindo was a wonderful tour guide. He was kind, friendly and helpful. He has excellent knowledge and can answer almost any question. He has also traveled through Central and South America and Mexico and so he can give perspective about Ecuador. The private tour is well worthwhile if you want to choose your own pace and prioritize the sights you want to see. We also got to visit a few places that are not on the normal tourist agenda. Strong recommendation!

Kathy was very thoughtful and well trained guide who can gave us splendid explanations. In addition, she could give us clear explanations when we asked her about things like history, culture and politics which had us be interested in. Quito more. Hope to see her again down the road.

I spent a great day with my guide Patricio (Pato) together with another solo traveller. Pato has thorough knowledge of everything Ecuadorian. We tasted fruits, went up the hills by cable car and took a hike up the mountain. Visited Basilica de Voto Nacional in the Centro Historico and had a delicious lunch. The tour description mentions visit to Mitad del Mundo monument. We did not go there. The monument is not at the Equator which is at the Intinan.

This tour was fantastic. My son and I only had one day in Quito and this tour hit all the highlights. Pickup and drop off at our hotel was very smooth. Our guide, Galindo, was great. He did a wonderful job explaining the different ecosystems, history, and culture of each stop on the tour. I would highly recommend both this tour and Galindo to anyone looking for a great tour of Quito.

We had a fantastic day with Galindo! The entire day was very well thought out and we felt very safe and well taken care of. The multiple stops gave us a unique perspective of the beautiful sites and interesting culture of the Ecuadorian people. It was a perfect day in Quito before traveling to the Galapagos. Highly recommend!

We spent an amazing day with Juan Carlos who was an excellent guide. The tour was nine hours door to door and we got to spend great time at all of the top attractions. We felt completely safe the whole day and were really glad we didn’t delay our tour to Ecuador. We enjoyed the cable car, the old town, a wonderful lunch, and the Center of the World exhibit. Juanca was full of knowledge and was a lot of fun to spend the day with. Three cheers for Eduardo the driver. We highly recommend this trip to people who have just one day, but want to see it all
