We had a fantastic service both with Roberto and Claudio, picking us up in Naples, dropping off at Pompeii for our tour. Roberto called our guide for usto make sure of meeting place...he was so helpful. Claudio then took us for a full day tour, he was very informative, and patient, traffic heavy... It was a great day. Roberto took us back to Naples from Sorrento on our last day. Can really reccomend this company.

Our driver, Roberto, was excellent. He was super comminicative, knowledgeable, safe, kind, attentive, and humorous. We felt completely comfortable in the vehicle and confident in his driving skills on the very exciting Amalfi coast drive! Sorrento Car Tours is worth every penny!! There is no way I would have attempted to drive that road myself. Please leave the driving to a professional who understands the road and its safe navigation. I was travelling with a friend and used transfer service for 3 days from Naples Sorrento Positano and Amalfi. The service that Roberto and Claudio offered was amazing. I hired Roberto through sorrentocartours for multiple days while we were visiting sorrento. We were 7 people including my 3 kids and my parents. I was a little nervous because so much of our trip was depending on Roberto. But he was great all around. Always on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The van was plenty big for us and our luggage. We did 4 days with Roberto. He transfered us from the train station in naples to sorrento (with a pizza stop), did a trip to Mt vesuvius and pompeii (where he arranged a great private guide) did a day trip along the amalfi coast (positano, Ravello, and amalfi) and transfered us back to the naples train station. Everything was smooth and ge was always super responsive and easy to get a hold of. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend him and his company.

We used Sorrento Car Tours for a private trip along the Amalfi coast for a birthday celebration. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. We discussed our trip in advance with Roberto, via email, and all the correspondence was swift with helpful advice and information included. On the day itself, our driver Luca was waiting at our hotel as arranged and he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. We even had the opportunity to change the itinerary on the day to avoid the hottest temperatures and the biggest crowds. The highlight for me was Ravello, but the entire day was amazing. "Roberto is everything" "We miss Roberto" These are the comments I heard from my adult children when we left the Sorrento area and traveled to Rome. We visited Italy in March, and I've been trying to find the perfect words for this review since. Roberto handled our airport, train, and boat transfers (they were complex because we were arriving from different locations and times and experienced delays). He arranged and adapted to everything seamlessly and we were always greeted with a smile. He also arranged private tours and was our driver for tours of Herculaneum and Pompeii, and a custom Amalfi coast tour as well. My husband arranged this all with him in advance via email and he was incredibly responsive and helped to create the perfect itinerary. Roberto is an expert driver, respectful of his passengers. The vehicle was immaculate and there was a water bottle waiting for each of us. He helped us communicate arrangements with our air bnb host, and handled dinner reservations for us at the amazing Zi Ntonio restaurant in Sorrento. If you are looking for a driver or private tour guide in Sorrento, you found him. We miss you Roberto, and can't wait to see you again next time we visit Italy!

I highly recommend Roberto and Sorrento Car Tours. Roberto picked us up from the train station in Naples and arranged a private tour of Pompeii and fabulous winery lunch on our way to Sorrento. Roberto was prompt, and a safe driver. He gave us great suggestions on where to eat in Sorrento and even helped with reservations. Our Driver was Roberto and we hired him to bring us from Naples to Sorrento, to drive us on an all day tour of the Amalfi Coast and to bring us back to Naples for our flight. He was the epitome of professionalism and class. His driving was superb and he was a delight to speak with during our drives. He is very friendly and outgoing without being chatty. My children suffered from motion sickness during our winding Amalfi drive but he was wonderful and reassuring with them and he made them feel better. We were a group of four looking to travel one-way to Positano from Sorrento, but drive through other parts of the Amalfi coast before arriving into Positano.
