Vipin was our tour guide for the Taj Mahal. It was out first visit to the monument and he made it even more memorable. He is very amiable and knowledgeable. He took care of all our requests and ensured we had a great viewing experience. He explained all the details to the minutest details and made it very interesting. I would recommend his services to anyone visiting Agra.

Excellent tour organised by Sartaj against our brief to see Agra in 24 hours. His recommendations were spot on, even the evening dinner recommendation. Lucky was our English tour guide. He managed to dodge the crowds and deliver against all our expectations. Thank you Lucky!

Vicky our guide was in the foyer just prior to our early start. He sorted our tickets online and then we hit the Taj just as the gates opened. Vicky guided the tour seeking the best opportunities for less people and photos. He was super informative and happy to field questions. We’d certainly rate him highly and recommend. If anything his commentary at the Fort was even better - Agra Fort is much better than Delhi’s Red Fort as an experience. Likewise the Baby Taj. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was an unwanted stop at a rug producers on the way back to the hotel. That said, it was an interesting 15 minute presentation on the making and no pressure when we made it clear we were not interested.

Atul was my guide and he went above and beyond to show me every detail. There are only five starts to rate him, but he deserves 10.

The experience was just WOW! this was a special arrangement to accommodate my mother for her 70th birthday; this would not have been possible without the support and efforts put in by Mr. Vipin Kumar Shivhare (Taj Mahal Guide) and Mr. Pawan (Tour Organizer)...they were able to organize and plan the availability of the wheelchair and other required support during the trip. It felt more like a VIP experience! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience.

Our guide Naeem was outstanding, with lots of knowledge of the sites (and a knack for getting all the perfect photos!) We visited the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and moved seamlessly through entry and security. He also graciously accommodated our special request to visit a music store. The day was delightful!

Sartaj arranged for us an amazing private day tour of Agra. Our tour guide Lucky was extremely knowledgable and friendly, with a very polite demeanor. We enjoyed our time with Lucky so much that we asked Sartaj to have him join us on a private tour to Fatehpur Sikri the following day. Lucky's knowledge of the minutest details of the time and events of Mughal History is extremely impressive. Highly recommended.

Very nice tour of Agra in a day. We saw Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in the morning and in the afternoon “Baby Taj” followed by the lookout point of the Taj Mahal. Lucky was a very friendly and very knowledgeable guide. Sartaj, the tour manager, was very accessible to communicate and accommodating of requests. They also arranged car and driver for the day and for the airport.

We booked the Taj Mahal Guide Service suggested by Radisson Hotel, Mr. Nitin Contacted me & coordinated accordingly for the tour he was also kind enough to check the tickets which I booked & inform me that I had not taken the ticket to go inside the muselium. he was in the hotel at the promised time & came along with us. he guided us through the security check & explained inside.
