We had a wonderful time with our guide. He was very informative and shared a lot of history with us. The boat ride was really nice. We saw a lot of the city on our private boat and enjoyed this very much. Would recommend this tour!

Had a great day seeing Venice. We loved the private tour of the city. We walked and took a water taxi all around the island. Our guide Aryana explained everything as we walked through St. Marks square. She had skip the line tickets ready to go.

I greatly enjoyed all the 3 tours. The tour guide, Sabrina, was incredible - very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining, and spoke excellent English! I had a lot of fun and learnt a lot! Would highly recommend this package to anyone including families with children as you get decent time for a lunch break in between tour 1&2. Small tip: Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and sunscreen - the guide will try to keep you in the shade as much as possible but you still burn pretty quickly especially on the boat.

Loved all 3 tours! Great variety and all very interesting with a nice gap in between tours to enjoy a tasty lunch. Both guides were excellent.

We were helped by Cristina and Ariana to see the Doges Palace as well as the Basilica and Walking Tour. Both were excellent guides who were extremely knowledgeable. They were really good at showing us the important sights but also making it personal and answering all of our questions.

I booked this with Tripadvisor before leaving the UK. While I was on the way to Venice I was sent an email informing me that the Doge's Palace tour would not take place because there were not sufficient participants, also St Mark's Basilica was closed due to restoration work continuing from the floods the previous November. I would be refunded for the missing tour portion. By that time I had no way of amending my plans to fit in another trip to the Doge's Palace. The explanations of why the cancellations took place were no consolation, if I had known about the issues before I left I might have arranged to stay another day or two but with flights and other arrangements booked it was no longer viable. The remaining part of the walking tour was very good as was the Grand Canal Boat Tour. The guide for both of these was Kristina. Kristina is a born Venetian and is passionate about her city and its history. As seems to be the case with most Venetians she now lives outside the city and commutes in. Due to other missing elements of the walking tour Kristina had arranged for our group to visit the rooftop of the German Inn (Fondaco dei Tedeschi), which building is now a high class department store. The roof of the building provides a magnificent view looking out from the Rialto Bridge across Venice. Between the Walking Tour and the Grand Canal Boat Tour Kristina showed the group a reasonably priced place to get some lunch. The boat tour travelled a number of the smaller canals finishing off with the Grand Canal itself. Kristina again provided us with historical information about palaces, museums, Lord Byron swimming naked in the Grand Canal, George Clooney's wedding and reception (she didn't get to dance with him), Salma Hayek's wedding etc. The main thing that came through from Kristina was her passion for her city. The two parts of the tour that did take place were very good, I have to mark the tour down due to the missing parts of the tour.

This was a fantastic tour! Cristina was very warm and welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the local area and the history of Venice. I was so glad to have her as a guide, as she pointed out so many things I would never have noticed by myself, and gave us lots of recommendations for things to explore ourselves after the tour as well. We enjoy the morning and afternoon tours very much. Our tour guides are brother & sister (Marco & Marina), they were very knowledgeable and full of history. The boat ride at the end was very relaxing. A good way to end the tour.🤗

We had tour guide Mark for the walking tour. He was amazing! Great sense of humor, very informative and knowledgeable about Venice! Marina was our tour guide for the Doge’s Palace. (Mark’s sister!) She was also amazing! She had knowledge of many little details that were very interesting! As an art history major she was an expert on the art of the palace! Laura was our tour guide for the Grand Canal trio and was able to answer our many questions! We loved our tours and would highly recommend them as a great way to see A LOT of Venice in a day.

We had Stefano for both the St. Mark’s Basilica & Doge’s Palace tours, and he is outstanding! He made us fall in love with Venice even more. Really passionate about what he does and we really appreciate that. Grand Canal Tour was also great.

So glad we did this tour. We were only in Venice for one day and this tour was all inclusive! The guides are extremely knowledgeable.

The Doge’s palace part got cancelled as there was limited numbers but we got refunded. Scarlett who took us on the tour of Venice was so knowledgeable and friendly we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The grand canal boat was also amazing, although we found it a little squished with 10 of us and little standing up space to take pictures.

The tour was very comprehensive. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we enjoyed the tour immensely.

As I write this I am saddened to hear of all the flooding...we were there in October when the weather was beautiful and the crowds moderate. We took a private tour in the evening. It was spectacular. No crowds and the guide was excellent. I highly recommend seeing this Basilica at night.
