This has been the worst experience that we’ve ever had with this company and we book with them over six times in the past the captain was rude. This crew was unattended. The toilet was not even bolted down to the ground for it to be because they were late picking us up, they attempted to cut our trip short due to their miss handling their schedule, please think before booking the university dropout with them . When asked for a partial refund, they pretended as though they didn’t speak English, and didn’t know what I was talking about

This was the excursion of a lifetime for our family of 10 on vacation here in MX, from the transportation from the hotel to the marina to the crew on the boat it was definitely the highlight of our trip! I can’t say enough about Reyli and the crew who went above and beyond to make sure all of us had everything we needed from drinks to food. I would book this excursion every time I visit Cancun. The process onboarding and offboarding was an ease. The crew and staff made us feel comfortable the entire trip. The service while onboard was top tier. I wish I brought more cash to tip the crew!

Had the best experience for my bachelorette party! 10/10 recommend! The booking process is very easy and they scheduled transportation to and from our hotel (additional charge). We ordered alcohol and food through them and you are allowed to bring your own. We have a vegan in our group and they were able to get us hummus and pita bread which was not on the menu which I thought was so nice and considerate. We went through our tequila bottle pretty fast in the first hour and wanted more and the crew docked at a nearby city and bought us another at 7-Eleven! Be sure to bring extra cash with you in case you want more as well LOL. It was super windy the day we went so we were unable to snorkel :( but we still had so much fun with the crew and hung out on the boat. They have a giant Bluetooth Party Box speaker to connect your phone and play your music. We booked for 4 hours, 3pm to 7pm and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the sun and then got to catch the beautiful sunset. Shoutout to the crew for making this such a fun and unforgettable experience! They are so nice and funny, help you around the boat to make sure you're safe, and even take photos/videos for you! This experience was truly so wonderful because of them. Want to go back already!

Staff was absolutely amazing! Courteous, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure we had drinks in our hands at all times, helped us navigate around the boat, as well as in and out of the water. Highly recommend.

Boat ride was excellent. We left and came back on time. The views of the water and island was awesome.

The crew was awesome! Made us feel welcome and keep us with drinks. Even stopped so a guest could take a swim A guest left a cell phone onboard, the crew reached out after we left so that we could come back to retrieve.

Absolutely amazing! Never have I ever experienced something so cool. We did a 4 hour ride. We visited isle mujeres and it was absolutely beautiful. We docked near the island and was able to jump off the boat and hang out in the water. The service was exceptional and they took great care of my party of 10. I’d definitely go back. The ride was smooth it was a great experience. I’d do it again with no hesitation.
