Excellent experience renting scooters for the day. The owner was very responsive and friendly. She even texted us the day before we were scheduled to rent to give us advice on weather and ocean conditions to ensure we had the best experience. We ended up going a day early to avoid a rain system that was moving in. The scooters kept their charge all day for us and we went to two beaches. The advice on which beaches and swim routes was invaluable and made the day stress free. We highly recommend.

The scooters are easy to use and help cover more space in a short amount of time. Will definitely use again in the future.

A great snorkel trip with a great company! Kelly and her husband were very nice to work with, from communication to safety and experience. I had some people in my group that are nervous in the ocean and have never been snorkeling—Anini beach was an excellent snorkel for beginners and Kelly did a great job explaining the entire process—everyone felt safe and had a great time. The sea scooters also helped everyone in the group feel more comfortable in their ability to venture out and see the beauty. Thanks again!

It was an okay experience. They do not provide travel to a beach and this is not a guided tour. My husband and I understood that when we booked so that wasn’t an issue. They give you a map of a beach and where to find coral reefs and turtles, which was nice. The actual equipment they gave us was eh. The goggles and snorkle weren’t that great so we ended up taking them off when we were in the water. The sea scooters were a bust, you can swim farther with just the flippers. You can rent out a GoPro and keep the SD card but the GoPro kept freezing and turning off and deleted a bunch of really cool footage that we got. The price of this experience was really expensive for what it is. They also will rent out beach chairs for $5, so they really nickle and dime you for every little thing. My advice is to use the money you would have spent at this place and buy goggles, a snorkle, and flippers from a supermarket out there and go to Anini Beach and follow the other snorklers.

Snorkeling in Princeville on Anini Beach was amazing. Windy weather made it challenging, but the experience was wonderful. The beach is absolutely beautiful & clean. Saw huge turtles & many smaller fish.

We liked that this was an excursion at our own pace. Everything was explained well and we were given a map with full details of where to go, what to look for, how to use the scooters, etc. Once we got to the location we found the instructions provided by Kelly spot on. We saw lots of fish and turtles. The current was strong so we were happy to have the scooters. It was nice being shown by a local small business how to have a great time while in Kauai.

The rental was easy and the scooters were fun to use. You can't get this same experience anywhere else. I've taken many snuggling trips on boats... This was just as much fun. I also loved being in control of my entire day. If you're thinking about trying this please do! It's worth it.

The owner was friendly . The handheld props were awesome but mine lasted less than an hour on low. The other still had charge but you can’t do it together. There was only one beach recommendation when there are so many . We would have gone to Tunnels

Fantastic experience! Saw turtles, fish, sea cucumbers and an eel. Great equipment and guidance as to where to go see the best wildlife. Kelly was terrific to work with and gives you a lot of information. The sea scooters are very easy to operate. Use common sense to not run out of battery. I never used max speed and always kicked while using it. I also “pulsed” and would using it sparingly. I had plenty of battery left after 2 hours! My husband and I were very inexperienced and had a great time!!

We spent 9 days on Kauai and did ever tourist adventure out there. Snorkeling with the scooter was by far the best coolest thing! We have snorkeled in a lot of oceans around the world never with a water scooter and probably will never do it without again!!! if you are on the fence DO IT !!!!

The snorkeling equipment with scooter was perfect! Kelly gave me a map and pointed out the perfect location for snorkeling as a solo traveler. My only goal was to swim with turtles...and that is exactly what I did immediately when getting in to the water! Mahalo Kelly!! The scooter was a wonderful addition to my snorkeling experience.

We found these easy to use, even for our 11 year old granddaughter. They are light weight, hardest part was remembering to keep the unit fully submerged.

My 13 year-old daughter and I had an amazing time! We got to see beautiful turtles…they were big! Lots of colorful fish and reef. Highly recommend!

Amazing views of the oceanic wildlife. So much beautiful coral and many species of fish. We even saw a Moray Eel, puffers and was able to touch the sea turtles.

The sea scooters were faster than I thought they would be, also lasted longer than I expected. This made snorkeling a breeze. We booked our snorkeling Activity with Sensational Sea Adventure, this was by far our best activity yet. If you are looking to snorkel, you have to use a Sea Scooter. They were located close to our resort in Princeville, which made it much easier and less traffic.

The skooters were a game changer. I highly recommend this activity for your snorkeling trip on Kauai. We swam with 5 turtles and a moray eel. This was my first time snorkeling and the skooters made it super easy. We picked up our gear close to our resort in Princeville which was super convenient. As a 1st time snorkler I am hooked! I will definitely be back to rent these again on our next trip to Kauai.

Kelly was great, she lent us her equipment and gave us detailed instructions about parking and what to expect at each of the beaches. We had a lot of fun snorkeling in Anini Beach and Tunnels Beach! The sea scooters were so fun and made getting around the water really easy. We took lots of pictures and video of various fish and sea turtles in the coral. Make sure to remember your go pro if you want optimal footage!

I have snorkeled before, but I was worried my 7yr daughter might have trouble snorkeling. I was so wrong, the scooters made snorkeling for her so easy. We had the best time swimming with the turtles, we even seen a stingray. I was so impressed with the scooters, they were able to scoot me around without any problems. The batteries lasted a lot longer than I thought they would. They even had this one scooter called Stingray, the owner recommend for my 6'2 buff 230lb husband that whipped him right along side of us like he was nothing. This is a must do activity for the whole family to enjoy. I am glad we choose Sensational Sea Adventures for you snorkeling activity on Kauai.

Kelly at Sensational Sea Adventures was….sensational! She delivered the gear to my Hanalei location right on time and was very flexible for pick up time and location. Kelly answered all texts and phone calls. The Sea Scooter was surprisingly strong - I’m 200 lbs and my son is 160 lbs. I highly recommend!
