This tour was narrated by a knowledgeable guide and went through Acadia's most prominent sites with beautiful views. It is a good tour for those who want to visit various sites along the park without a lot of walking or hiking and have limited time.

This was an awesome tour and I was so glad I did this versus a ship excursion which is always a giant bus on which you had to wait for everyone to get on and off. Heather was our guide and she was wonderful - so knowledgeable about everything - she was quite a historian! She worked on the estates of the Rockefeller and Ford families so had a lot of insight and stories to share. She gave us the history of every stop and the park too. We were blessed with a picture perfect sunny day. We stopped at Cadillac Mountain first which was breathtaking, then some garden (not that interesting - it was literally a restroom stop), then Thunderhole which was gorgeous as well. Last stop was Jordan’s Pond which was a place for the elite in the old days to have tea - the view is lovely and there’s a nice gift shop and cafe. We got back to Main Street Bar Harbor with plenty of time before our ship left and were able to explore this picturesque little town at the very end of the season before everything shut down! Don’t miss the tide going out (8-12 feet drop!) to reveal the sand bar - you literally get the chance to walk along the ocean floor to the other island!

Such a wonderful tour. The tour operator was a fountain of interesting information. We viewed so much beautiful scenery on the narrated drive through Acadia. The stops were well-planned and enabled us to see the best of the park. The guide was very helpful offering tips for post-tour experiences, too.

Informative during tour, not helpful during stops. Was "on" during the drive and was not at all during stops. S Driver seemed annoyed and disinterested anytime we engaged in conversation during the stops. Felt like he was performing the tour

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour. It was very informative. Definitely worth the money. The only drawback was that it was raining, so we did not get a good view of bar Harbor from Cadillac Mountain.

Ron was hilarious and just such fun company for the 3.5 hour tour. It flew by and we learned so much!

Lovely tour with an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. Best way to see the park without one of us having to drive. The guide provided information we wouldn’t have had access to and the van was extremely comfortable.

This tour highlighted several of Acadia Natl Park’s most striking scenic attractions including Thunder Hole , the Precipice, and the summit of Cadillac Mtn. The jitney was perfect for 1st time visitors, as our guide Chris provided fascinating info , background, and history. He was awesome! There was time to walk around the sites. We thought the tour was the best possible intro to Acadia National Park, especially for tourists with limited hiking and climbing abilities . Thank you!! (M and T from NJ)

10/10 would recommend! The bus driver was extremely knowledgeable about the features and history of Acadia National Park. She obviously loves what she does and it shows. We definitely got to see more of the park highlights than if we had been in our own vehicle trying to park in packed parking lots. Our guide also rerouted a couple of times so we could get the best views of Cadillac Mountain after the clouds rolled out. It was a beautiful day--one of the top three of the season-- and our guide made it even better. Try to sit on the left side of the bus. That seemed to have the best views as we were driving. Even if you get stuck on the right side, no worries. You stop and get out at the most beautiful spots. One thing to note--the weather is unpredictable in the area. We had a pass to go up Cadillac Mountain in our own vehicle the day before we did the bus tour and everything was engulfed in fog. We couldn't see a thing. I would still recommend this bus tour regardless of the weather because of the history and information you learn about Acadia and surrounding areas.

We had a great tour with Heather. I have never met anyone more suited to be a tour guide than her. She dispensed information non-stop throughout the tour, about all the things related to park, its history and everything thing we saw. We learned more things than I would have expected, and dare I say for the amount of time we spent in the tour, more than in any previous tour we've ever done. Great experience!

Our tour guide, Heather, was super friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite stop was at Thunder Hole, but the whole trip was great.

The van ride through Acadia National Park was informative and beautiful. We were able to see the whole park and then travel on our own to places we wanted to revisit and spend more time at. Our guide was very knowledgable and fun. We would recommend this tour.

Excellent! Heather was our guide. She was so much and knowledgeable! Weather started off rainy, but by the time we stopped at our first stop the sun was shining. Thunder Hole and Cadillac Mountain were awesome! So nice to not have to find a parking space. Just pulled up to each of the four stops and enjoy the views! The 3.5 hour tour was the perfect amount of time at each location. Would highly recommend this tour!
