We had a fantastic day trip with Cheeky Kiwi. From pick up to drop off we never felt rushed. We enjoyed sitting back and relaxing while our trusted driver took us on our very long journey. There were ample stops along the way to ensure we always remained comfortable, well fed and got to enjoy some of the stunning views. Our guide was also extremely helpful to keep us on track for our cruise, without rushing us along. The cruise was fantastic also. The entire day was a super long one but we all enjoyed it thoroughly.

The tour is reasonably organized and our tour guide Danny was very helpful and friendly, we had a great time despite the rain, the only shame was we couldn’t fly back to Queestown due to the weather but we had a stunning view of waterfalls in Milford Sound thanks to the rain, highly recommended!

Excellent customer service & updates for our trips. The Staff & our drivers were great people engaging us in concessions & giving us required breaks and perfect trip planning. They picked us from our hotel n on return gave options if someone wanted a different drop off location. This small group of 14 in the Comfortable mini bus was great. Keep up the good work

The driver Jeff was amazing!! He was extremely personable and had a great sense of humour. He made sure everyone had a great time at each of the stops along the way. The cruise itself was great - beautiful views and was the perfect length. Was a magical experience 10/10 !!!

A very great tour. Rhys was our guide for the day. It was an early start but well worth it. There were several stops along the way for scenic shots and local information. The tour company handled everything including lunch so we had no worries! The boat tour of Milford sound was scenic and enjoyable. It was a long day but it’s probably highly recommend that this tour be done with a guided company instead of on your own.

Everything was incredibly well organised from start to finish - our tour guide Cam was great and took great care of us. They arrange for plenty of toilet/coffee stops which made the day so much smoother.

Very efficient and punctual getting to and from Milford Sound on a tight timetable. Courtenay was very knowledgeable and friendly getting out all the essential info to make things run smoothly. Plenty of stops on the trip which is admittedly a long day

It’s a long drive so be prepared if you get motion sickness and wear plenty of rain gear! Otherwise our guide was funny and knowledgeable, we had plenty of stops along the way for pictures, snacks, and coffee. The boat ride was wild, but so much fun!

This was a great experience- Milford Sound is amazing - views and waterfalls fabulous. The bus trip was long but plenty of stops along the way.

We enjoyed the bus journey with multiple stops in lookouts to take some photos of incredible places, so the bus trip was not too long for us. Once in the ship cruise the experience was amazing, difficult to describe with words...

Jeff our guide was the best! Great driver, very knowledgeable and happy to share his knowledge and fun-seeking adventureous attitude. His personable nature made a long day very enjoyable. The scenery is also just stunning.

Picked up on time at 6.30 from Queenstown. The trip to Milford Sound is four hours but it didn’t seem like it with Jeff as our guide/driver. We stopped a number of times en route at some amazingly beautiful places (Mirror Lakes was especially good). Jeff provided a great commentary along the way and was the best photographer, helping everyone take the best photos at each stop. Milford Sound cruise was as expected but the journey to and back was better than anticipated. Great day out albeit rather long. If you can afford to fly back from Milford to Queenstown I would recommend it,

What a wonderful memorable trip. The mirror lakes were in all their glory. The waterfalls. Milford sound and it’s stunning landscape. We saw seals. Our tour guide Abjit “Abby” was excellent!! He helped us secure at the last minute of plane ride back to Queenstown and if you’re able to do that, I highly recommend it. Nothing like seeing the glacier lake and the glacier on our way back breathtaking. Captain Andee, our pilot was quite informative and very professional

Note that it is an all day tour, you will ride from 630 am to noonish before the cruise but you have wonderful stops along the way as pictured. A highlight was watching kayakers coming down a steep river. We had rain and fog most of the day but it didn’t deter from the beautiful sights. Once on the boat you have your lunch and hot drinks and cookies are available. The lunch was better than I expected. The sound is gorgeous. Pictures do not do it justice. The crew were amazing! We also saw sea lions, birds and lots of waterfalls. Our guide was great and the small bus was so much nicer than the large tours. This tour was especially nice because we had a smaller vessel which allowed us to get closer to waterfalls and sea life. I’m prone to motion sickness but did not have an issue on the water. I would recommend Bonnie for the drive though. Lots of turns and windey turns. We returned to our hotel at7pm with great pics.

The trip tour details is a bit misleading. You are paying for a shuttle driver and less of a tour guide. It’s a 5.5 hr drive to Milford Sound each way with several gas station stops. The picnic lunch is a pre-packaged sandwich, apple, packaged muffin, chips, and chocolate bar from the gas station. Our driver was very nice, but I would skip this tour in hindsight.
