Our tour started with meeting our guide Alex at the Gunpowder Tower. He texted us what he was wearing and was easy to locate. When then started on our way finding out that that the tour group was the two of us and Alex. From the start it was obvious that it was going to be a great night after finding out that Alex had a relative living not far from us in Melbourne. Our first stop was a local that unless you knew was there you'd walk straight past and that set the tone for the rest of the night, great venues and even better beers. Alex had an extensive knowledge of every wear we went and what to drink. But it wasn't just limited to beer Alex also pointed out local landmarks along the way. At the end of the tour Alex took us to the closest train station and pointed us in the right direction to get back to our hotel. The bonus part of the night was that we now have a new friend.

Alex our guide made contact via text with a short description of himself and to meet at the Gun Powder tower. We had just toured the tower so meeting was easy. We were surprised to find that the tour group was just us and him and even more surprised to find out one of his aunt's lived not far from us in Melbourne. The night was great going to bars that we would never of found and trying their different beers which were all great. Alex had a great knowledge of all the beers and bars as well as the areas and historical places we walked through and past. It was was a pitty that the night had to end. Would definitely recommend good walking shoes, the cobble stones can be a bit hard on the feet and legs.

We joined the Prague Craft Beer Tour in mid-February, guided by Martin, a knowledgeable homebrewer and beer sommelier. This tour proved to be an absolute paradise for beer enthusiasts, providing an unforgettable experience that flawlessly combined knowledge sharing with authentic beer tasting adventures. Martin's expertise and passion for craft beer shone through as he introduced us to a variety of local craft beers, the delightful unfiltered, unpasteurized brews. It was a treat for the taste buds, experiencing the true flavors of Prague's brewing traditions. I must say that the Prague Craft Beer Tour exceeded all my expectations. Martin's expertise and enthusiasm were consistently present, making the tour both enlightening and enjoyable. For any beer lover in search of an authentic and truly memorable experience in Prague, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour as an absolute must-do!

Jakub was a great host, as was his new colleague Alex, and we learned a lot from them about the local beer scene and the country overall, which was perfect for our first night in Prague. Recommended!

We had a great evening with Jakub. He showed us some really good beers and cool placed, and gave us an invaluable introduction to czech beer making, culture and history. He also gave us some good tips for placed to eat. Jakob was a great guide, so knowledgeble and welcoming.

Myself and a fiend took a private monastery beer tour with Jakub. The whole experience from booking to the tour itself was relaxed and straightforward. Jakub was the perfect guide, his knowledge and passion for Czech beer was clear and infectious. Jakub organised everything for the travel to and from the monasteries as well as arranging food and beers there. The beer itself was delicious and we got to try a variety of styles. Jakub talked us through the unique brewing techniques in the Czech Republic and the breweries we visited. I would highly recommend this tour, it is well suited to both those who already have a good knowledge of traditional and craft beer as well as those who aren’t as familiar.

Best tour we took in Prague! If you are a beer lover this is a must!!. 3 excellent pubs within walking distance but totally different craft beers. From your historic pub to new craft party pub. Best Pilsner I’ve ever had. Tasted Ales, laguers and IPAs. Even APA - American Pale ale. Oh and the food pairings were delicious!

World class! As an American with Czech heritage who has traveled most of Europe this is a must do tour if you like beer. You don’t just taste great beer but learn a great deal. Our guide (the co-owner) was amazing. We knew all the great spots and really shared a lot about Czech culture. Simply put - do this tour! You are also supporting a local entrepreneur that has aspirations of doing this full time.

Jacob was a great tour guide , We went to 4 different breweries that all had very different characteristics, Each one was unique, we resllly enjoyed all of them . Jacob knowledge of beer and the process was very impressive.

Martin's beer tour is a trip through Prague, culture, history and... Beer ofc :) Martin allows you to see the history and culture of beer drinking though the eyes of the local. Such a unique experience! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to avoid "standard" breweries and really enjoy some amazing beer in Prague.

This beer tour is a great way to get a taste of what Czech Republic does best! Martin and Jakub are amazing tour guides and they definitely know their stuff. Whether you are with a group of friends or alone in Prague, one thing is sure, you will finish the tour with more friends than before! I did not only learn more about beers on this tour, but I also had fun and let's say we didn't end the tour at the last planned stop...

Martin is a great host. We had a wonderful evening strolling around the city, drinking beer and talking about beer. At the begining of the tour he asked us about our expectations and interests to tailor the tour to our needs. His English is excellent. At the end of the evening it was almost as if we spent the evening with a friend. Highly recommended for all levels of beer geekness.

We liked the experience a lot, it was cool. During the tour, we tasted mostly lagers, not the common ones, but from microbreweries, and with some "features" like triple mashing, etc. And finished with some IPAs, which I mostly love. Jakub a great guide, he knows a lot of insides of the beer industry, and some aspects of Czech brewing, and it was really interesting. I highly recommend it!

My wife surprised me with the Prague Premium Beer Tour. It started at the powder tower in the city center and it was just Jakub and us. In total over 4h of talking, learning everything there is to know about Beer, eating local food, exploring amazing local pubs and of course - drinking beer - a loooot of beer. Jakub was amazing - he was such a great host for the night - his knowledge about beer is insane. The evening was packed with interesting facts, funny stories and delicious beers. Definitely worth every second - we would have stayed even longer and we will meet again I am pretty sure! Thanks Jakub. S & J
