Beau had a fun, upbeat, personality and was very knowledgeable about the overall Portland restaurant scene, not just pizza. We were a few minutes early and he was there to greet us. It was an enjoyable (and delicious!) experience.

Beau is so knowledgeable about the processes, ingredients, and methodologies, but most of all he knows how to treat you to delicious pizza! Great time....thanks Beau!

We really enjoyed this tour. Upon arriving at the start of the tour, we found that the tour would be just us and the tour guide Beau on this day, so it felt like a private tour. We visited four different sites and he explained the differences in restaurant concepts and various pizza types. He also pointed out a bit about the neighborhoods as we walked through. I never know what to expect in terms of food amounts on a food tour (sometimes it's just small samples), but there was a good amount of food on this one. Beau set us up with a box for the leftovers at each stop and we enjoyed those the next day :)

I went on this tour with a friend not really knowing what to expect. I'm not a pizza connoisseur but after this tour, my palate definitely came away with an entirely new appreciation for wood fired pizza and naturally levened pizza that makes the pizza crust crispy. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, witty, and fun. He gave us an intimate perspective of Portland while filling our tummies!...be ready to tackle healthy portions of pizza.

We recently wet on the donut tour hosted by the same guy who said he also did a pizza tour so we booked it. Our house was very knowledgeable. We went to four different pieces spots in an area of Northwest Portland we hadn't been to in a while. All the pizza spots that we samples offered something different and they were all very good size samples. We even took some pizza home. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to learn more about Portland's Pizza history and also try good pizza.

Out of town guests returned for another visit and we were looking for something new for us, and different, to do. The Pizza Tour was a fun outing despite the intermittent drizzle and sun, easy city walking for exercise, and a tasty array of pizzas: 4 different shops, 8 different topping combinations and places and pizzas we would not have discovered without Beau. He knows the shops, food around the city and he provided good information and interesting and pleasant company. We will do this tour (and other of Beau’s food tours) later this year.

This was a great way to sample a bunch of different styles of all yummy pizzas in a short amount of time! The tour guide was great and kept me and my friend good company! If you’re e vegetarian there’s still plenty of delicious options to try in the places visited. Also don’t worry about not being able to eat it all! You can take a box!

The tour was amazing but our guide having and leading with the knowledge of pizza. I’m pretty surprised but I have to admit, Portland has good pizza. Thank you for showing us a good time. Also, the tour guide was so flexible with us and his time. We truly enjoyed his company

First time trying any kind of food tour. Pizza tour was so fun! The tour guides were supper friendly, fun, knowledgeable about every pizza we tried and the history about Portland. Also the tour guides were very patient when walking. I’ve had several surgeries so I can’t walk supper fast. I have never wrote no review to anything, but this is definitely a must! Everyone should try this pizza tour, everyone loves pizza. What better way to get to know what Portland your neighbor has to offer.

There are so many places to eat in Portland. It can be overwhelming to make sure you’ve eaten the best the city has to offer when you’re only visiting for a few days. Food tours are a great way to both try all the different spots, but also connect with local residents to gain a better connection to the city. Ian and Beau put on one hell of a pizza tour. My group was the only one so it felt very casual and easy like hanging out with friends who want to show you good food! I highly recommend the experience!
