Amazing tour with Eudes. He was bilingual, polite and so accommodating to our group. We had amazing views and lovely swimming spots. We loved it so much we’re booking two more tours.

We recently took a pontoon tour on La Laguna de Bacalar with Aaron, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the beginning, Aaron made sure we felt comfortable and safe, ensuring all safety precautions were in place, including life vests for everyone. The tour itself was breathtaking. We visited two stunning swim spots, enjoyed the view of a beautiful cenote, and spotted a variety of vibrant birds. The lagoon's colors are just spectacular—like something out of a dream! Aaron was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly hospitable, providing us with fresh fruit and water at the end of the journey. It was the perfect outing for our family, combining relaxation with adventure. The pontoon tour with My girlfriend was amazing! Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Bacalar. Aaron was our captain and he was the best! Very informative and fun! Really glad we were able to make this happen while we were down there.

The views were stunning, the fruit was delicious and the guides were great. I went with Angel, the capitan and the English translator Aron (I think this was his name, I can't quite remember :( he was Venezuelan) who was so kind and very informative. I highly recommend.

Amazing trip! We had loads of fun and was very informative and good price with only 6 people on the boat. Also had drinks and fruit for us.

We went on tour with my husband, and both of us loved it! Our guide Aaron was telling interesting facts about the lagoon and it's history, and made sure everyone is having a good time on the tour. Our guide was also speaking very good english. Lagoon was very beautiful, on tour you can see well all the colors changeing. Totally recommended!

We really enjoyed the tour with santiago and ely. Santiago was knowledgeable, well versed in english and did tell us a lot about the lagoon and its surroundings.

This was a great few hours of the day exploring the lagoon So much information from the guide Santi. Really a special one of a kind area that is preserved and protected.

We went to a boat tour with Santiago, it was amazing! He gave us many explanations, we had 2 long stop to swim in crystal clear water. We passed by cenotes, pirate’s channel. I highly recommend this tour!

A trip with my all family of 6, the skipper and guide was Eli (Elijio). It was amazing!!! Very nice place, very good atmosphere and hospitality! Great experience ! I recommend it!

I did a private, motor boat tour and it was amazing! My guide was Paula and she was so knowledgeable on the history of the lagoon! The tour company is also pet friendly (I brought my dog on the boat and she also had a good time). I highly recommend!

My husband and I took the morning 10am tour with guide Paola and captain Jose. The pontoon boat was nearly new and there were only 3 guests; us and a woman from Holland. Paola spoke excellent English and told us all about the lagoon and how it's fed by fresh water cenotes. They took us to several cenotes, easily identifiable by the drastic change in water color; from light aqua to deep, dark blue. We stopped twice, with plenty of time to swim and wander through the clear fresh water. The tour was very relaxing, comfortable and informative. Our last stop was to see the stromolites; the oldest living creatures on earth! We highly recommend Laguna Adventure Bacalar tours!

We had a great 2 and a half hour, show us all around the lagoon, and have a great attitude. Alexander the captain aka jack sparrow. Give us a great tour. We had a blast!

The trip was great and Alex very friendly! we had enough time for swimming and the place is just....Wow!! they also gave us kayak to use for free for an hour! And the departure point, even though a bit out of town, is quite stunning itself and very near the Cocalitos where you can then finish the day! Was a well worth experience! :))
