Amazing place,very clean and quiet. the food was delicious as well as the treatment of the girls and the guide man.

The tour and lunch were pretty good, but there restroom facilities and lack of running water made this a bit too rustic.

The place is great but unfortunately it is let down by absolutely terrible food. When you have an all inclusive lunch package you have little choice of food options, and unfortunately it was inedible.

The good: This was fine for a couple hours. The tour was only in Spanish and there was no English information provided. But the fort is very pretty and the drinks were delicious. We did not purchase food. The loungers were comfortable with plenty of shade. The bad: - The facility has no running water. That’s ok for a couple hours but not the 7 we were stuck there. - The beach was dirty. With lots of trash and huge tankers passing by. - There was a children’s birthday party under the lounge area with orchestrated screaming for about 3 hours. Again this was cute for an hour but made it impossible to relax. - They arrived 30 minutes late to pick us up. The terrible: on the return trip the boat was overcapacity. The boat capacity was 22. There were 26 people jammed onto the boat and one person was carrying 2 huge tanks of water. The boat was sitting way to low to the water as a result. This could have easily turned to disaster. At least one person didn’t even have a life jacket. This operator should be shut down.

Nice boat for a smooth ride out to the island of Boca Chica. Our English speaking guide did a good job explaining the fort and guiding us around. After the 1/2 hour walking tour we were directed to the beach club. It was pleasant there, with comfortable seating and a bar. The water didn't really appeal to us so we spent time relaxing. For us, there was too much time there (about 5 hours!) so unless you are prepared for that or like to drink this might not be for you. You can walk around the island to see the people and the village there but a guide is recommended for that. The lunch served was quite good.

Overall a great experience. As English speakers, arriving at the pier and finding the proper person to check in with was quite chaotic and there was a decent wait until everyone else had arrived and were ready to go, but once we headed out to Tierra Bomba, the experience was great. The tour of the fort was amazing, and our tour guide spoke perfect English and was super informative. The beach club was private and relaxing. Overall, I definitely recommend!

The tour is actually to Playa Morena, not in Tierra Bomba. Beside that, everything was great, very comfortable place, beautiful resting chairs, almost no people in the beach.

Este Lugar nos encantó, pudimos desconectarnos un rato, el día que asistimos solo estábamos en la playa el grupo que fue al pasadia. Amamos las bebidas, la comida exquisita!

No pensé encontrar este lugar durante mi visita a Cartagena. Destaco la atención de principio hasta el final de la excursión, el lugar ideal para descansar, la caminata por el fuerte le da un toque especial al tour y volvería a este lugar!
