The pizza and gelato course was the highlight of our visit to Florence. Max was an absolute master at making gelato and we were able to make the perfect gelato under his guidance. The two pizza makers, Thomas and Tiziano, were absolute experts in the field of pizza and explained pizza making with wit and humor, peppered with lots of useful information on the subject. At the end we were able to enjoy the delicious homemade pizzas and ice cream. We can highly recommend the pizza and gelato course.

Teachers were all amazing and hilarious. Met some lovely people on the tour. Definitely did not leave hungry or thirsty. The best pizza I've ever had and amazing gelato!

Such a fun experience! I wanted to do it again the next day! Our group was amazing, and the chefs were the best!! They were talented and kind. They made the day and experience fabulous! We cannot say enough about what a great job the folks at Walkabout Tours do! This excursion was so fun, and the leaders (Lavinia, Thomas and Tiziano) were GREAT! We highly recommend this excursion. It is well worth your time and money! We booked a Cinque Terre Tour via Viator with a guide from Walkabout, and he was awesome, too!

This was a fantastic cooking class! The entire experience ran so smoothly and we were thoroughly entertained the whole time - I’ve never laughed so much while cooking! The team were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the ingredients and how they work, so we didn’t just make pizza and gelato - we learnt a lot about them too. Our hosts were Angie, Arla and Tomas, and they were all so friendly and funny. They spoke great English too! The landscape was beautiful, there was so much delicious food and drink, and every part of the class was so entertaining - this class is definitely worth it! We’re so happy we did it.

Wow - what an experience! This class exceeded my expectations and was such a great time. Our hosts, Angela, Arla and Thomas, were all so hilarious and knowledgeable and the entire class was planned to perfection and worked seamlessly. The food and the drinks were delightful, the teaching was fun and entertaining and I could not recommend this class more. Definitely worth the money and such a good way to see the Tuscan countryside and get some tips on traditional Italian cooking.

While a little crowded, the staff were fantastic and put on a great show while showing us how to make pizza and gelato! Wine, beer, and water was offered to everyone. Beautiful scenery too!

The entire experience was great! The hosts really made it top notch with their knowledge and unexpected comedy skills. The food was excellent and the farm was beautiful!

Angela, Tizano, and Thomas were the best hosts. They were engaging, welcoming, and entertaining the entire 3 hours. We came together as strangers and left as friends. We will be talking about this experience for years to come!

It was AMAZING! We were not sure at first due to the steep price tag, but I am very happy we went! Worth every penny! Fresh ingredients from the garden, great view, friendly and funny staff (T. , I can’t remember his name is one of the funniest people I’ve met in my life), they really teach you EVERYTHING about gelato and pizza. You also actually get to make the gelato and the pizza dough and all. Also there is unlimited wine and they welcome you to take more and make you feel comfortable! highly recommend it!

Such an amazing experience and the hosts were absolutely wonderful…Knowledgable, friendly, humorous, and charismatic. And the food…..out of this world! Don’t pass this one by, I hope to return again!!

We did the pizza and gelato making class with our 3 teenagers and everyone had an incredible time!!! The food was delicious, the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and the view can’t be beat - it’s a must do if you are visiting Florence for a few days!!!

Gloria, Arla and Tiziano were the greatest team of cooking instructors, entertainers and hosts anyone could ask for. The experience far exceeded our expectations. The setting at the farmhouse was as pretty as it gets. It was our first full day in Italy and what a way to begin a fabulous trip.

Angie, Tom and Titiano were super hosts and all the staff were excellent. Making the gelato and pizza was educational and lots of fun
