A pretty simplistic straight forward tour. Our guide was very informative with a lot of specific details. We visited the church, baptistery and climbed the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The view is worth the climb.

This tour was excellent. I have been on many tours in various locations, but Alessia was the absolute best guide I have had the pleasure of learning from. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to ensure that we had a great day. I highly recommend taking this tour with her, she is fantastic.

We 100% recommend this tour. We only spent 1 day in Pisa and this tour is perfect to see all the most important sites to visit. Our guide (unfortunately we don't remember her name) was the best, she explained the stories very well and was very entertaining and fun. We also chose the option to climb the Tower of Pisa and it is worth going up, the climb is not that big of a deal, it is not difficult at all and the view you have at the top is wonderful.

This was our best tour guide and tour experience of our entire trip to Italy! Unfortunately cannot remember the name of the tour guide but she is Spanish and now lives in Pisa. She was amazing and made the tour highly enjoyable with her enthusiasm and humour. The leaning tower gets all the glory but the basilica and baptistery are highlights as well!

It was interesting to learn the historical background of the area and its buildings. My favorite building was the cemetery, seeing and reading the stories of the wall panels.

Alessia was our guide and she was AMAZING! She had loads of information for us and she was hilarious. She made me want a book of everything she told us about. My kids, 18 and 9 also enjoyed themselves. We've never done a guide before, but it was incredible. I am pretty sure without our tour we wouldn't have known all the interesting things we learned that day. I wanna book another tour with them and hopefully we get the same guide!

Claudia was an amazing tour guide. We learned so much more from her than we would on our own, which made it all more interesting for adults and kids. Definitely recommend the climb up the tour. Also recommend visiting the cemetery (included in the ticket but not part of guided tour).

Our guide was kind and knowledgeable of the history. As a history buff, I appreciated that she talked solely about the history of the plaza and buildings, and didn't feel like she had to talk as we walked between places. I've had several guides on past tours this week that talked too much about things that didn't matter, so I very much appreciated her balance of guiding the tour and letting us take it all in. The tour itself was a good length, easy meet up spot, and allowed us to see all the things within the plaza. It was very windy, so the audio headset wasn't working great; that would be my only feedback, to suggest moving inside a building for more of the talks if the weather is bad. Overall, this was a good purchase on our Italy tour.

Very worth tour to get all the information our tour guide was funny and gave us time to ask questions and free time for us to explore each section.

Great experience! The Leaning tower of Pisa was the last thing we went to. The guide leaves you at the bottom for the end of the tour and you climb up. Make sure you give yourself enough time after the tour to see more sights. We didn't give ourselves enough time and it was sad.

Anastasia was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job conveying information about the Baptistry, Cathedral and Leaning Tower. She did an excellent job managing our group given that there was a crazy rainy windstorm going on the first half of our time together!

We had this guided tour by Andrea on November 20th. It was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, honest, frank and direct. She took us through the Square of Miracles and told us the history of each place and why they came to be. She was funny and made the tour very entertaining. She was prompt, our tour started a few minutes late because of the other family being late, but Andrea asked us to wait for them and so we did. Overall great experience, will definitely book again if the opportunity arises.

We enjoyed this fun tour! The Baptistery was closed for renovation which was a disappointment and the Cathedral had an event so we were allowed to return after the Tower climb to view the awe inspiring Pisano sculpture. Our guide was very sweet and knowledgeable. Would recommend the tour.
